I love Casey's. I go frequently at night after 11 pm when I finish working and the lady who frequently attends the night shift is not only very pleasant and efficient at her job but even when she is sick she always treats the clients. with a lot of professionalism and affection that feels sincere. 5 Stars ? for her. It always makes me feel that it was worth moving to 25th Street even though it is not close to my home or my work. Blessings to all ! Happy Easter Sunday!!!

Absolutely disappointing with the staff. We came in earlier this evening to the Casey’s on East 25th St., and the dark haired lady who was checking us out was way too busy talking with her coworker the whole time. Never told us our total, offered a bag, or greeted other customers who came in. This is not appropriate customer service whatsoever.

Good customer service every time I go in but tonight when I went in they forgot to give me one of my lottery tickets so I only got 9 instead of ten and I paid for 10.

Busy. I frequent this place. They have great pizza and friendly staff. The employees sometimes will chat instead of help customers though.

I ordered a pizza with jalapenos online. I get there to pickup the pizza and the lady is cutting it when I get to the counter. I ask her if they got the jalapenos on it (because the last time they didn't either) she says "yup its under the cheese". I tell her "awesome, thanks"! I get home and there isn't a single jalapeno anywhere.

They never clean! I've been in there 3 days in a row and the elder ladies are busy chit chatting with everyone else instead of finishing their job. Both coffee pots are blinking with need cleaning and the cappuccino machines are always laying in pieces everywhere.I want a coffee CASEYS. Why does it got to be like this?!

Long time fan of Casey’s Pizza - Well, no more!I tried going to 2 different locations to get the pizza that I love but I returned home without it - see my review of my visit to East 39th street location. After my disappointment at the East 39th street location I thought things would be a lot better at the 25th street location. Nope!I walked back to the pizza kitchen hoping to place and order. Like at the other location - this place was also understaffed and the phones were ringing like crazy. There was someone waiting at the pick up counter so I took my place in line behind him. I soon figured out he was a Door Dash driver. Well, he was trying to pick up his order but the lone guy in the kitchen was angrily running around the kitchen trying make pizzas and creaming across the kitchen at the Door Dash driver and cussing at him to.After my experience at the other Casey’s location I wasn’t even going to bother with this situation. After attempting to order pizza at 2 different Casey’s locations I returned home with no pizza. I decided to call a real pizza place like Papa Johns instead.
