“I would give 100 stars if I could after what happened today! I always lock up my things in a locker when I'm there. Well, somehow I lost the key to my padlock. I explained the situation to Trevor Peterson at the front desk. He kindly offered to try picking the lock. He worked hard but he just couldn't get it. Another staff member suggested using the bolt cutters that they have. Trevor took the bolt cutters and cut the lock in no time. I couldn't thank him enough! He really went the extra mile to help me out! Thanks again, Trevor!”
