Took my phone in on a Friday because I was having microphone issues. They did a test to find what was wrong, they told me to come In Monday and they could do an in-house repair. I had to take time off of work on Monday to drop my phone off and come back 4 hours later to just be told that I have to send my phone into apple for a repair. I was pretty disappointed that I had to waste my time and money on something that could’ve been figured out in just a few minutes instead of 4 hours out of my workday.

Kelsey helped me solve a permissions issue that even Apple techs had not been able to help me solve. I now have a new Mac mini and she helped me transfer all my data from my old iMac. She spent the day making sure my new computer worked with our current MacBook Pro and both worked with our printer. I am so happy, why did I wait. This store is the best, they listen and they really understand how to solve problems.

My laptop experience motherboard failure and I was skeptical to get it fixed because all tech charges are pricey. Was in town and this was my only option to get my computer checked out/fixed. They saved my entire summer by getting it fixed before I had a presentation due. I received a call about exactly what the problems were and what my options were. Fixed it the first try and explained the chance of it happening again. Really helpful

I took in an old tv, and some old remotes to be E recycled. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Updated Review: Initially a bad experience with a PC repair. They made it right and then some!I have to commend this business and their willingness to reach out and resolve my issues. I initially had a problem with inconsistent communication with my PC repair. I was not on the same page with the staff. My computer was not repairable. I suddenly found myself with far more questions than answers. I left a pretty bad review. To their credit, management reached out to me to discuss my interaction and experience with Computer Hardware. We discussed the situation, and they bent over backwards to make me feel appreciated and satisfied. Normally a bad experience can be correlated with bad service or indifference. NOT the case here. Computer hardware came through for me and I will not hesitate to use this business in the future!

Really a great place and good service! I brought my mac in to have its keyboard fixed and they were able to have it done over the weekend, I appreciate how quick they were able to work on everything and how well they communicate via call/email for updates on your product.

I called and later brought my PC in to get some issues fixed. I wasn't treated like a fool or talked down to, which has been my experience at other stores like this. It was so awesome to see women working at the store, as well!

So I finally got the new Apple Big Sur software update loaded into my MacBook Air several days ago, and it shut down to nothing except a black screen and intermittent Apple logo. After trying about 4 different reload, clearing, and reset suggestions from Apple and other internet sources...I took it to Computer Hardware. Took their tech guy about 2 days to 'break the code'. Apparently is a bug which probably has been repaired by Apple now. Lots of folks besides myself have had same problems with the new update. I am sure glad Computer Hardware is here with great tech people and I didn't have to send off to Apple for repair.

i have a MacBook air and sent it to these guys to get my keyboard replaced . honestly they were very helpful Jason was who worked on mine. i couldn't ask for better service. i didn't bug them every day to see if it was done i just let them do their work. Will be doing business with them in the future no doubt ! Great Place !!!
