Very rude staff. Bars in store barely open making it seems like store is closed. Went in at 4 and they close at 6. Ridiculous. On top of that. They are selling FAKE GBA games. Asked did you know it was fake and he said no and asked you’re still going to sell it and he said yep. Very rude.

Preordered the new madden, madden 24. And for some reason they are closed on the release date, no explanation. Now i have to buy the game somewhere else, and hopefully get my money back, when they decide they’re good enough to be open again.

Gameslop as a corporation sucks. The things they force their employees to do are ridiculous and do not foster a good customer relationship. The local stores have some good employees and it's too bad they have to put up with a corporation completely out of touch with its customer base. The selection is getting stale. Anything but triple a titles are hard to find. Games and accessories are cheaper elsewhere

They used to have good products but in a weeks time I have gotten two broken headsets and gave up on returning them because I probally would have gotten a third broken one
