Two ladies were very rude I brought my brother in for a cut and I had my son one lady told me I had to take my son out and I wanted to get his hair cut also but two of them were just very disrespectful and I wouldn’t come back here for the way I was treated

Nope. The woman that was initially checking us in was extremely rude. My young son and daughter were there to get haircuts. It was a last second decision to stop and get their haircut before we headed home so we just walked in the door without checking in online. I didn’t know this was such a big deal to them. Everywhere I have read says walk-ins are welcome. She acted completely inconvenienced by us. Rolled her eyes and huffed out her breath more times than I can count. There was only two other people in there at the time getting their haircut. I try to give people grace because everyone can have bad days so I tried to shake it off. You could definitely tell that she was trying to deter us from staying. She told me it was going to be a 25 to 30 minute wait, and said this in a way that lead a person to believe that she did not expect us to stick around and wait. But I told her we will wait. She was visibly upset by this. Less than five minutes later she called my daughter’s name, which wasn’t surprising because there were her and one other without any clients waiting and nobody on the waiting board at the moment. Everything felt short and clipped. The cuts were fine but both of my younger kids asked if we could never go back there and I said ABSOLUTELY we will never be going back there. Wow. None of the others even batted an eye at this lady’s extreme lack of customer service skills. How does that chick even have a job still?

I asked to just take off 2.5 inches all over. Bangs weren't cut at all. I think she just but around the edges. I am in my 60s so need eyebrows trimmed. Had to ask for that. The main problem, wish i could poat pictures that one side of my head the hair is above the ears and the other side half way down the ears. I always use great clips but never will go back not even if they gave me haircuts for life. Just that bad. Went in with my wife. Her trim and layer that she asked for was almost as bad. Worth about 10% of the 54 we were charged.

I asked a manager to help with my hair cut due to health reasons my hair was a bit difficult to cut. She was super rude ,mean, and refused to listen to what I wanted done. It got so short and nothing like what I asked for. I said to just chop it to a pixi since it was so bad and she REFUSED to do it and said it's fine its just the wave in ur hair , NO IT WAS NOT . All the cuts were super uneven . When I ask for a pixi , why would I not get what I ask for ? Pluss dealing with extremely impatient and majorly rude and mean attitudes ! Never going back !!!! Oh, and I still paid for a horrible hair cut with people looking at me like, wow they messed your hair up bad ! You want clients to come back then don't treat people so badly !
