“As with any large store most of the time the staff is good & helpful. However I'm only giving 4 stars, because the last few times I've been in the Kearney, Nebraska location (over the past few months) l have encountered a few employees that are less then stellar.”

“Pet washing station: I'm grateful for not having to bath my large dogs at home but dont expect the area to be clean when you arrive, I took one pet in first thing in the morning 830am the dirty towel bin was over flowing and there was a large amount of hair all over the station. I returned at 1130 am with my second dog and no improvement. I am grateful for the convenience and tried my best to clean up however I do wish it was kept up better. The employees are friendly and enjoyable.”
