“As with any large store most of the time the staff is good & helpful. However I'm only giving 4 stars, because the last few times I've been in the Kearney, Nebraska location (over the past few months) l have encountered a few employees that are less then stellar.”

Not only did he help us find exactly what we needed, but when he noticed us trying to install it in the parking lot, he came outside—completely unprompted—to lend a hand. He even used his own tools to make sure everything was set up correctly.
