“Pet washing station: I'm grateful for not having to bath my large dogs at home but dont expect the area to be clean when you arrive, I took one pet in first thing in the morning 830am the dirty towel bin was over flowing and there was a large amount of hair all over the station. I returned at 1130 am with my second dog and no improvement. I am grateful for the convenience and tried my best to clean up however I do wish it was kept up better. The employees are friendly and enjoyable.”

“My Uncle had purchased a shower for his new house....the shower was the wrong size so he returned it. The customer service lady was very helpful and made the return easy. Then we went to the shower aisle and the man working there helped my Uncle find the correct size shower and was very knowledgeable about his department.”
