Switched back here as other places hardly ever had my kids meds. They have them and always on top of refills for our family. And if any changes to our medicine they are there to make sure we have it or get it quickly. Will never switch to another place. Staff is also always so friendly when I go even on their busy day/times.

So I called to get my prescriptions refilled. Bottle clearly states that I have one refill left on each one. They claim there are no refills left. Really? If there are no refills left then you had better make sure the label is right. I will not go back to them ever

My wife is currently there to get important heart meds. Did not fill because shipment coming tomorrow. Bull they had and are currently fill but wasting 60 minutes there to pickup. Cause they didn't fill them. And only one cashier an line to food dept. Probably last time to hyvee for anything has been the goto for years.

Decided to visit this store rather than Walmart for groceries. Perhaps more expensive but with it! Selections of produce are good, wish they had more organic offerings. Their beef is very good and they have a lot of pre-made offerings, such as a great selection of hamburger patties, appreciated by this hungry traveler. Staff is friendly and very welcom

I was treated very poorly for asking a question they lied to me. For the 3rd month in a row. I was with The Valley pharmacy for almost 30 years insurance made me move. It's been night and day difference They got a Offended for asking questions never raise my voice they started treating me like i was being hostile customer for asking question. I did not raise my voice I stayed calm thought it was really weird they were acting that way not good customer service

Very dissatisfied. Because they have the corner on the market with the insurance. Customer service is just not part of the service they offer.A rude pharmacist, jumping to incorrect conclusions, is never a good situation.

Absolutely terrible customer service.EDIT: We tried calling and talking to a manager about the poor customer service. But they are always not available when we call. I think it's fair to say they aren't actually interested in hearing about it.

Went to grab my prescription for 3 months. Instead was handed for only a month after 10 mins of being on the line. After letting her know its for 90 dayswas told to step aside and the pharmacist will take care of it. Was sent to side for another 20 mins without any info. Got back in the line and was beung charged more than i should. While she was still helping someone else while i was on the line. Dont know if she messed up or cause i was the only brown person in the line. Felt very neglected.

This has been a great addition to our community in food selections, restaurant, buffet, deli...everything. We go occasionally to specialty meat and salami's deli counter, then take our selection across to prepared foods area. They will usually have time to custom build a sandwich. All the usual add-ons are available here, or we can bring specific items from another area, to include in the sandwich build. All done with $4-5. And enough sandwich that we can split to share one. Even different bread types can be brought here and they will build with that. We like!

Kind, fast, and helpful.
