I used to enjoy Kohl's but they rearranged the layout to put cosmetics right by the front door. You have to walk through a haze of perfume when you enter the store. I know some enjoy the smell but those of us with allergies will have problems. Shopping at Kohl's i in Kearney, Nebraska is not even an option for me anymore.

Employee named Beth was stocking and took the time to get a basket for me, which I did not ask for on her return she also helped me again finding a particular item. Beth treated me with service like we had years ago before self service. Very refreshing.
