We had awesome service with Francisco Borrego, Product Specialist. He was not pushy gave us all the options with our new Pickup, and even made sure everything was working to our satisfaction before we took it off. Even when we had questions after we purchased he was available to answer them. Keep up the Great work and customer service.

Very disappointed in this dealership. We went in there today with the money and insight to buy a brand new 2019 GMC Denali 3500 and when we went to show them our trade, which I might add is a 2015 Ford Lariet F 350, four door, long box and in good condition, the dealership pretty much turned us away at the door. They had no interest in even looking at our trade and when we went in there the second time asking them to please actually go test drive and look at the trade instead of from there desk "running numbers" they "already looked at it" and bottom dollared us. I can also add that when we looked at the trade in sheet, they had our truck information completely wrong; they had it as a short box with half of the features missing (hence why we asked them to actually come look at the truck.) I can't believe we had to ask a dealership 3 different times to take a look at our vehicle!! May we add that we got a 10,000 dollar more offer at a Ford dealership just 20 miles away. I keep mentioning how when we bought our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from a dealership in Illinois, they literally did anything they could to make the deal, since I was buying brand new. When buying brand new, they shouldn't let you walk out the door with such disappointment, we had the money and readiness to make this purchase, we won't ever blink an eye at a midway dealership. Terrible move on their part.

I was very pleased with my first experience with Midway. I drove from North Platte to have a repair done. Friendly, helpful staff. Way cheaper than the Chevy dealership in NP. Jason in the service department went above and beyond. Bonus....of shopping at stores not available in NP.

This review is regarding service at Midway - I was traveling from Lincoln to Kearney for an event and noticed my Jeep was vibrating slightly. I called on my way there and scheduling went well. I dropped it off and they said they would call me back. Later that day, I was told I needed the tires rotated, balanced and aligned for $225. I told them to go ahead and she said it would be done in the morning. She called the next morning and told me I had a broken belt in the RR tire and that I should put on 2 new tires since there were 32,000 miles on the current four. It was going to cost $480 for the same tires. Okay, fine. I'm 2 hours away on the interstate from home and need to get this fixed, so I told her to go ahead. Upon speaking to a friend in the business, he told me that I could most likely get better tires for about the same as those 2 were going to cost and it would be all right to drive home, so I told the dealership that I would just pay for the balance they had already performed and to cancel the tire order. I picked up the vehicle and paid $75 for the tire balance. Upon returning to Lincoln, I took it to a tire store the following week and had 4 tires put on for not much more than the total repair and 2 tires at Midway was going to be. The tire manager, whom I have known for 20 years and would not steer me wrong, said that past a certain tread wear, Jeeps especially should have all four tires replaced or there is a risk of damage to the drive shaft, which can be a much higher cost repair. That was great information to know and was never mentioned at the dealership in Kearney. Also, when the new tires were put on, I was told by the shop that the alignment was completely fine and was given the test sheet to prove it. So...the dealership in Kearney was going to charge me to do work that was not necessary and did not mention anything about the possibility of further damage to the vehicle if I chose to buy two tires instead of four.
