Lacking in customer service in the service department if you are from out of town and they know you will not be a regular customer. When I went to pay my almost $7000 bill I was not treated like the locals. Local people’s vehicles were driven up to the door and they had recently been detailed and washed.I was given the keys to my van and told where it was parked. It had also not been washed or cleaned inside on the drivers side floor where the service department left a mess!!!! Have your vehicle towed elsewhere if you are from out of town!!!!!

Showed up to see 3 trucks. First truck wasn't able to be seen even though it was on their site. Second wasn't there as it was being used as a loaner and wouldnt be back until the next day. Third truck (Certified 2020 Ram, $30k plus truck) had a check engine light on, nail sticking out of a bald tire, and the dash looked like they stuck a racoon in the cab overnight. Ended up coming back to see truck 2 and wanted to talk. The salesman showed me a range on my trade (80%-110% of its worth). Sales manager undercut that range and added on their own $1800 in dealer fees. Told them no thank you but they wouldn't give me my own truck keys back for another 10 min until after they showed me the price of my vehicle at "auction" and how I should be grateful of what they offered.

The attention given to truly taking care of me as a customer and not just my car was great. Even with a couple hiccups in thr day, the service desk worked hard to make sure everything was done well.

Great experience. We knew exactly what we wanted and they didnt have that vehicle in stock, but Derek checked their incoming arrivals and put our name on the exact one we wanted. The buying experience was fast and easy.

I had a problem with my 2014 Dodge Ram that other dealerships didn't want to deal with. I've never been to Midway before but after talking with Elliot he assured me they could take care of the problem, and THEY DID!! It's refreshing to have people that not only can get to work, but it's done right at a reasonable price! A special thank you to Elliott, and all the Tech's that were involved!!

I wasn’t swamped with any high pressure sales person. I’m not sure if Zack let me look at the inventory. And then approach me ask if he could help me find anything. Zack came across being humble but informative.

Peyton was very helpful and didn't try to put me in vehicle that didn't meet what I was looking for. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Midway Auto Group and the experience has been enjoyable both times. Will look their direction when we need a third vehicle.

We were traveling for a family vacation and noticed a shimmy in our tires. Called Midway while on the interstate heading toward Kearney and they were great about getting us right in for a balance and back on the road without an appointment.

The best car buying experience that I've had! Nick was great in answering any questions that I had about the car and helpful in making sure that I was all set before leaving the lot! Taylor made it super easy going through the paperwork and explaining everything and answering questions that I had. In and out in an hour and I was driving off into the sunset with my brand new car! Thanks guys!

Derek W. was fantastic in my first car buying process. I already had an idea of what I wanted when I arrived. I test drove and found that the car was perfect for me in all ways. Chelsea in Finance was great at explaining to me the packages of Warranties that would be great to have for my car so I could save money on repairs if I ever needed them. Overall, the car buying process was super easy and they helped me understand what was going on the entire time. They were very communicative and easy to work with. 100% recommend working with Midway.

My Ram 1500 developed an engine issue during a cross country road trip. The first three dealers I contacted couldn't get me in until the next week. Upon calling Midway and explaining my situation, they told me to come on in despite their full schedule. They made time for me and got me fixed up and on the road in just a couple hours. Elliott in the service department was excellent. He worked with me and made sure I was fully aware of what was going on and what to expect. Transparent, upfront service costs. Final price matched the estimate. Wish Midway was my local CDJR service center!

First and last Vehicle I will ever buy from a Midway Dealership. Do not trust their Certified Midway Preowned promise. I found previous damage on my vehicle after I purchase the truck. They tried to blame me for the damage part. I had to go in and show the shop manager that is was an existing damaged part. Second, I had other items that should be part of the vehicle purchase. I actually had a Sales manger tell me over the phone that they are not responsible for providing all items that come with a new vehicle purchase when I was purchasing a Certified Midway Preowned vehicle. The major one was a user manual. May seem small, however you cannot program all the systems without one. So, again I had to take my time and energy to get the product I needed. Between the hassle of the damaged part and what the sales manager told me. I would not recommend Midway to anyone. I know they will come back and say, we fixed the part and apologies for the manual. It doesn't excuse the part where I had to do the work for them to get what was needed to make my truck safe and road worthy investment. The worst customer service after the sale I have ever received!
