First of all, the self service doesn't state how much it costs, Poor water pressure, and spot free rinse didn't work. My car looks worse after the wash than before! Finish looks cloudy and totally water spotted. Don't go here!!! Told afterwards there's a better car wash at 39th and 2nd Ave

Good car wash, I would recommend bringing cash for self wash. Card readers are finicky.

I am very picky with my car washes. This self service wash bay was great. Good pressure. Soap options. Card reader. The best part for motorcycle riders is the air dryer. This air dryer has the most air pressure that I've ever used. Better than anything in Lincoln, NE. Staff on duty keeping things clean.

Newly updated touchless wash bays, and is my choice for car wash. I got the least expensive wash and it still gave my car the air dry at the end of the wash. Only thing was the visual timer on the dryer was broken so I did not know how much time I had to move through.

When mirror image first came to town it was great! Rows of vacuums and a fast moving efficient car wash. Unfortunately, it has become so run down and not maintained I won’t be returning. Good luck finding a working vacuum. You will see people moving bags or stretching hose to find one that works. This weekend there was not one working vacuum. My vehicle as very dirty and had bird droppings, so I paid $14 for the tri foam car wash. It did not remove the bird droppings or the smears on my windshield. Had to manually clean a lot of it, and was unable to clean the interior.

Use the vacuums on top of the hill... But had to go down to 16 avenue just to wash my car because my bar strip didn't work there! Disappointed and always having to wipe down my car through the automated... Always seem to be broke down...

I purchased a car wash for $8 and when i drove in to get the wash it started for about 5 seconds and then stopped abruptly. I went back around and tried again by purchasing another wash for $8 and still was not able to get my car washed. I called them and their "help" number multiple times and have left 4 messages to them detailing my experience for the past 3 weeks and still have not received any response.

GREAT car wash! My pickup was a little dirty after in your defense it was very muddy after some off roading. Would go again. Great job guys. Ps would like to see some more colors and maybe add some led light
