It was clean and the cashiers were nice, but there was no one to help answer questions in the store because it appeared they were short staffed. And as always, they have a lot of products to choose from, but they are overpriced. Not as bad as pet co., but could work on their prices.

Had both my Basset Hounds Bathed and nails were trimmed about 6 weeks ago. They looked great and were soooo soft! Going to make new appointments for this weekend to have it done again. Very reasonable price and nice staff.
