Sat in pedicure chair for at 20 minutes before they put any water in. When it came time to pay. The lady didn't know how to use the credit card machine. And my debit card and credit card charger several times on each. The other nail tech had to fix everything and he refunded me all the extra charges. Do not recommend going here.

They worked too fast like they were in a huge hurry even though we were the only customers. My daughters nails were all uneven and looked horrible. The design I had done looked awful and uneven as well

My finger got cut! They were fighting the whole time I was there! The lady rushed through my nails and they are lumpy and unevenly cut! DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, however my experience at Pretty Nails was truly awful. The lady who did my nails, covered my cuticles and skin on both sides of my nail with acrylic and did not remove the acrylic, leaving my cuticles glued down and the acrylic overhanging on the sides, which caused me immense pain after leaving. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had. See pictures below.

They charged me 20 dollars for a manicure with no color, all they did was soak my nails for 20 minutes, trim my cuticles and file. They looked better when I went in than when I came out. Not pleased, they look terrible. I have never paid more than 10 dollars for a cuticle cleanup. Not pleased

Yikes, worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The lady rushed it and the whole thing from start to leaving lasted 10 minutes! I’m not kidding. Seriously scrubbed my feet for 10 seconds and lotioned (not massaged) for 30 seconds. Also, the polish job is horrible. Mind you there’s only me and another lady there. Not busy at all. I have had a good experience by a male that works there that’s why I gave it 2 stars. But in fear I would get this lady again, I won’t be returning.
