I was very disappointed with our stay this last Friday night. Especially the cost and paying a $50deposit! We got into our room and our sink had clearly backed up at some point. My husband had to clean it. We had to brush our teeth in bathtub as it wouldn’t drain. That night our heater didn’t work and blew cold air the entire night. No breakfast! Not even coffee and hot tub wasn’t working.Food & drinks: The bar had stale pop and bad liquor for high prices!

If you don’t read the whole thing and only see this first part. Know they are infested with bedbugs and will not do anything about it. Another side note- highly recommend the La Quinta! They were great after we left our stay early. My stay was weird. The room was obviously gross but that’s to be expected. Upon check in we noticed a bottle of bed bug spray had been left in the room by maintenance so that was unfortunate. We stuck it out unfortunately. We work nights so when morning came and we were ready for bed we found a live bed bug in the bed and decided that was enough to leave. Originally tried changing rooms, the fro t desk girl did her best to act surprised when I brought up bed bugs. Must be trained to gaslight guests about them. Seemed like she didn’t believe me or something ? Then upon entering our new room there was a dead wasp on the ground which my wife is deathly allergic and a dead one means there’s more. Ants also. Several other dead bugs in that room and dried blood on the carpet and trash can. Was told on the morning of Saturday October 14 that I would receive a call from the manager regarding a refund and my complaints. It’s now Wednesday so I don’t think it’s happening. I know the health department is legally required to investigate reports of bed bugs so if you happen to have them in your room you’re better off calling the health department than trying to get help from the people in charge.

The GM Mikayla is amazing! She had to deal with the most disrespectful guest ever and handled it flawlessly. The rooms are clean and the staff is great. Highly recommend. Also, don't be rude to hotel staff ever! Big props to Mikayla and staff for handling the situation like pros and keeping cool. These people deserve a raise.

This is really an underrated hotel. We stopped for the night on a long road trip. It's not the Ritz Carlton and the hot tub wasn't working, but the rooms were large and clean, the free breakfast was hot and much better than average and the service was very friendly. For the money it was a very good value.

We were so excited for our fun mini vaca. Go swimming have breakfast and enjoy the day. That did not happen. There is NO BREAKFAST! We asked the front desk about it and they said they are working on taking it off the website. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The "comfort" is like your grandmas thin blanket with a sheet wrapped over it. The bathroom is INCREDIBLY small. I am 5'2 and can almost touch the ceiling so if your tall be ware and you will look like the scene from elf when he tried to shower because is it low. I would not spend more than MAYBE like 40 a night on these rooms.

Everything smelled musty and looked it. Creepy noises all night long with lights that don’t work in the parking lot or pool area. There was a dirty diaper that had been sitting by the pool for days which made me question the cleanliness of the entire hotel. They have those old carpets like bus seat designs that hide decades of dirt. No one helped us check out and there were probably 3 powdered donut holes and 2 cups of coffee for the entire hotel’s “free breakfast “. We should have stayed at a campsite like we planned.Walkability: You have to drive to your room which is off putting.

BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS..Less than one star. Over 100 bites on my son and they offer me two free hot breakfasts. No compensation for the room no compensation for the medical. Actually called me a liar with paperwork in hand from urgent Care. Been trying to contact corporate and you cannot reach anybody.. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Rundown and dirty My room door had something wrong with it so the desk said we had to lift up with the handle and force the door open. The front desk person was nice and no problem with her. I wish we had known the pool was closed when we had paid extra for a balcony room overlooking the pool area. I don't know if I would stay there again when there are newer and fresh looking options around the same area

Location is convenient but the mattresses needed replacing sometime ago. Very uncomfortable. Exhaust fans in the bathroom would be a nice touch as well as additional soap bars and shampoo. This was just a stop over to get some sleep on a long ride. It served the purpose but I'll choose another hotel next time.

Disgusting. Sad sad. Filthy. Old. Smelly. Time to demolish. Ramada seriously must consider their name tied to this old girl.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed. They're marquee reads that they offer a hot free breakfast buffet, but after we checked in we were told that the sign should have been taken down because the breakfast actually cost $8. Ok fine, you got us. But we'll pay the $8 because we were told by the front desk attendant that the hot breakfast included an omelette station. The next morning we get up, pay the $8 and proceed to the breakfast area. We look around and there buffet literally consist of scrambled eggs and potatoes sitting in a dirty catering container. There is also a half loaf of opener bread that looks like it's been sitting there opened for days. When I asked the guy behind the breakfast station playing on his phone where all the food was and where the omelette station was located, he said there is no omelette station and was also told the three items above was all they served at the breakfast buffet. I asked why the sign above his head read Omelette Station, he said they they were suppose to take down the sign. So, feeling like I just got scammed, I immediately go back to the front desk to request an $8 refund, and was told that the manager who would be able to do a refund wouldn't be in the office for 5 days. Also important to mention about the actual room we stayed, there were smeared bug stains on the ceiling where someone had killed roaches. This place should be shut down!

I tried my best to be okay with the hand to hand in the back. I tried my best to deal with the the hole behind the bathroom mirror. I also tried to get a refund for the room but I guess I checked in too early for that. I walked 1.1 miles down the road to get a safe room while staying in Kearney.

Definitely an older hotel. It has everything you need, comfy bed, shower, and Dove toiletry products. They have a convenient market to grab snacks! The only complaint I have is that there was probably some miscommunication between the front and housekeeping, because they kept banging on our door early in the morning before check out time. The front desk was very friendly though :)

We are driving from Ohio back to Utah and the last stop of our trip we stop here at the Ramada. It's definitely outdated but it's a nice hotel . The rooms are clean the bed comfortable . My kids loved the pool it's different and clean . The breakfast was great the guy taking care of it was super nice and took care of everything. I would definitely stop again.

Kind of like stepping back in time. I can picture this hotel in its grandeur when it opened in 1965. The indoor pool is beautiful and is situated under the elephant room, which I assume was once a Cafe for poolside food. The rooms probably haven't been updated, but they were clean. The lobby was busy, but I got checked-in in a timely manner. The breakfast was good. The chef was sad as he repeatedly told guests he was no longer allowed to make the omelets everyone knew him for. I say bring the omelets back. Several people said they came back just for the omelets. The price was fantastic for the hotel. It was obviously once a very upscale hotel. Still nice thoughFood & drinks: The breakfast was good
