Excellent customer service, knowledgeable sales staff. We were in the store just a few moments and was asked if needed help. We were at another store earlier and had asked for help and waited 30 minutes then that staff helped someone else. Kind and courteous helping load appliance. Thank you Russell's Appliiance!!
