“I’ve rented a storage unit for the past few years and never had an issue. I moved away from Kearney a couple years ago, and they were easy to communicate with while I left my stuff behind until I could come back to get it. Online bill pay was convenient and they were good to work with whenever I experienced a problem with it. Staff was friendly in person and on the phone. Plus made it easy to rent a last-minute U-Haul. Would recommend if you are needing a unit! I had one of the temp controlled units, didn’t seem to have any issues with that either.”

“After checking with the other storage units in the Jonesborough, Johnson City area, we went with Olde Town Storage. The owner Mark assisted us and we were pleased to find the unit was humidity controlled. His rates are fair, the unit is clean, the site is secured and the website is easy to maneuver. We couldn’t be more pleased with our decision and highly recommend.”
“Nice place has gate and video cameras so you don't hafto worry about you're belongings they also rent u hauls needed one on a Saturday they were closed called the number and he came in anyways to help us good guy thank you”
“Been with these guys for a while and love the storage unit. I have a pretty big one. Just recently the door came off the hinges, gave them a call and left a message was contacted back in 5-6 minutes and their repair guy was on site in about 20 minutes fixing it in about 5 minutes. I am very impressed with their customer service and how quickly they had it fixed. A+!!!”
