“I had a package that I ordered where the company sent it to my old address in Kearney. Everyone I spoke with at the company and the shipper told me that I had no options but to go to my old house (4 hours away) and talk with the new owners about getting my package. I called the Kearney Post office and spoke with Kelli who immediately found a solution, got my package when it came in and rerouted it to the right address. It is truly great to know that the dedicated post office employees are there to help and I am thankful for their service that I think most of us take for granted. Keep up the great work.”

It also does not have the capability to scan the QR code for my amazon return, I would have to pay to print a label there. The girl at the desk was very nice in explaining this, and she did tell me that the other location has that capability.”
