“This place accepts UPS drop offs, but it's not technically a customer center. It also does not have the capability to scan the QR code for my amazon return, I would have to pay to print a label there. The girl at the desk was very nice in explaining this, and she did tell me that the other location has that capability.”

Do not come here to get your passport. Clerk was ignorant on what qualified as appropriate documents, and could not even operate a camera. Did not get my paperwork filed, nor my photo taken. Go anywhere else to get your passport taken care of.
Update:
Another clerk called me later that day, and apologized profusely for the poor service I was given. I decided to reschedule my passport appointment. This time, I received quality assistance, and my documents were processed.”
