“This review is way overdue. My load was supposed to be a drop and hook. Arrived on the lot about a half hour before they closed and noticed no other Crete empties. Before I had a chance to go inside the office, an employee was outside to meet me and said back up to the door and we will unload you. They must’ve had me unloaded in 15 minutes.
Very nice; I greatly appreciated that. And be careful with your GPS. My Garmin trucker GPS wanted to have me turn right on 16th Ave. into a typical family neighborhood of what looks like starter homes. Getting out of that one would’ve been a tight squeeze. If you’re coming from the east and went through Kearney, Going westbound on W. 11th St. go to a stoplight and turn right at 30th Ave then another right onto W 16th St (not Ave)”

“Went in to get my son a baseball glove. Never having actually played baseball, I was quickly reminded how I didn't know what size of glove to get. A younger woman associate asked if I needed help and when I asked if she knee how to help size, she quickly let.me.know she didn't but she had someone who could. She went directly to Jacob, the other younger associate and with his help, got a glove, couple balls and some glove oil. Simple transaction but a great experience! Thanks to them both!”

I wanted to take photos in their dressing room haha. They had a great selection of clothes and the girls working there were just the sweetest. “Went looking for something very specific and my wife and I both found what we needed. Price was a tad higher than I anticipated, but that's a down side of online research. Prices are always lower, but if you want to actually see, feel, and try on your options, this is the place. Great customer service, seriously. I know, I wasn't expecting it to be as positive an experience as it was. And it the marginally higher price means getting this level of customer service and being able to try on shoes, it's well worth it.”
“I bought a pair of (expensive to me)Danner work boots in February and after four months of use a few of the eyelets for the lacing system wore out making the boots unusuable. I took them back to see if we could work something out on a new pair but different style. They didn't hesitate to replace the boots free of charge with a new style of the same brand. We've shopped here many times for quality footwear and the positive outcome of this issue will keep us coming back. Thank you for standing behind your products and taking care of your customers!”
