“This review is way overdue. My load was supposed to be a drop and hook. Arrived on the lot about a half hour before they closed and noticed no other Crete empties. Before I had a chance to go inside the office, an employee was outside to meet me and said back up to the door and we will unload you. They must’ve had me unloaded in 15 minutes.
Very nice; I greatly appreciated that. And be careful with your GPS. My Garmin trucker GPS wanted to have me turn right on 16th Ave. into a typical family neighborhood of what looks like starter homes. Getting out of that one would’ve been a tight squeeze. If you’re coming from the east and went through Kearney, Going westbound on W. 11th St. go to a stoplight and turn right at 30th Ave then another right onto W 16th St (not Ave)”
“Employee named Beth was stocking and took the time to get a basket for me, which I did not ask for on her return she also helped me again finding a particular item. Beth treated me with service like we had years ago before self service. Very refreshing.”

“We came in here looking for some shirts one time and the staff member who was here generally did not feel like helping us. So we browsed around and did not see anything that we really liked. We also were looking for some hoodies zip up hoodies and could not find anything that suited our need. So we opted to go look at other places. Have stopped in several times since then looking for other items when we're at the mall and haven't found anything specifically that catered towards what we want. The staff thing to have an attitude the majority of the times when we come in.”

I was very impressed and enlightened that someone in that store took the time to package every item in tissue paper and tucked the items in a red drawstring gift bag! I can not be more happy with my Buckle purchase and it’s a great big thank you to those associates. Your kindness trickled down my cheek for a brief moment and I had joy & NEW BUCKLE!”
