My sister and I came here for pedicures. I'm very concerned about the cleanliness. The woman next to me left and they immediately had my sister sit down without disinfecting the pedicure tub. They just rinsed it with the hose. There was a bottle of household cleaner sitting on the table next to the tub, so they definitely had a cleaner of some type. The nail tools did not come out of sterile autoclave packages. The whole process of cuticle trimming and filing my nails hurt badly. The technician got polish on my skin and didn't wipe it off. Then, he took my shoes and had me walk barefoot to the nail dryer. I was not offered pedicure flip flops or even my own sandals. The nail dryer was broken, so no air was blowing out of it. I tried to flip the switch to turn it on, but the switch is cracked and broken. To top it off, they don't take Discover or American Express, so my sister had to pay for my pedicure. They also have a sign saying they don't give any refunds no matter what, which tells you they've been asked for refunds a lot. I won't be going back here.

I went to simply have my nails filled here. I picked a color and noticed right away they were applying a very different color. I said after only 2 nails painted that it wasn't right. They argued with me saying it would be ok and just kept going. I made it clear several times I didn't like it and wanted them to stop. I left extremely irritated and embarrassed now by my nails I had to pay for. I will never go back.Service: Manicure

I will never be back. I am a retired nail tech with the education and experience behind me to say what I'm about to say. My daughter and I only went here based on the fact that a couple of my friends went here. My normal salon was booked and I just wanted to spend some time with my daughter. I don't usually go to "nail chop shops" because in Nebraska they are not required to hold licenses to perform "natural " nail care. Lesson learned and gut listened to. Other than waiting for a hot minute, they did not use liners in the foot baths which I found strange because of the volume of clients they were handling. They were using Lysol spray multi purpose cleaner in the basins to clean between clients. According to the label, that particular cleaner needs to sit for at least 90 seconds before being wiped out (with hot water) in order to be effective. Yeah....that didn't happen. At first, my pedicurest was great. Very gentle where it counted, but then pulled out a USED nail file and buffing block. The file he used was a basic Emory board which is UN sanitizable and a buffing block which can be sanitized but was clearly NOT! I'm clinging at this point and thinking I jus need to walk out, but being me, I needed to put my own health at risk and see how this ended . I knew that if I needed to soak my feet in Listerine later just in case, I could. While waiting to finish up, my daughter noticed some debris under the massage chair control on my chair. She lifted it up, only to reveal nasty nail clippings and polish debris all over the arm of the chair. GROSS!!! Everything else went smoothly until our pedicurests decided we needed to sit at the drying table to finish. We had to walk across the disgusting carpet, full of nail debris, to get to the drying station. Well, my feet were "clean". Needless to say, hurrying through sanitation processes in order to turn the next dollar is completely unacceptable. I could go on and on about all of the things you need to look out for when attending to hand afoot care, but would probably run out of room. As someone who is educated and has been licensed in Nail Technology for the state of Nebraska, please don't blindly walk into any place to handle this care. There is a reason they are so cheap. If you prefer a perfect manicure or pedicure accompanied by a staff infection with a side of medical debt, by all means go to a heavily rotated nail chop shop! If you want a beautiful mani/pedi and know that you won't need a tetanus shot when you're done....seek out an educated, licensed nail technician, I beg you! In order to be licensed in the state of Nebraska, we require 300 hours of education. 15 of that is using an electric file. If they are using an electric file on you with a regular sanding bit and you wonder why it burns..... HERE'S YOUR SIGN!!!!!

went in for a full set, they didn’t flush any of the nails to my cuticle and when I pointed it out they ignored me and didn’t acknowledge what I had said. I had to go in the following week because they had all come off from lifting. The man I spoke with on the phone had said that I could get a free set because they don’t do refunds, but when I went in to go get my said free set they charged me an additional $40 and told me to not come back. The guy who fixed my nails the second time did an amazing job but because I had to pay for their mistakes I won’t be coming back

10/10 do not recommend. I went there for shellac a few months ago, started lifting within a couple days. Tried them again today for a pedicure, polish has rubbed off and is continuing to.Service: Pedicures

When they first opened, they were amazing but now they are almost too busy and rush you in and out. Past 2 times I have left with smudged toe nail polish or polish all around the nail

Great work! They definitely got us in fast during a busy weekend! Very nice work! A bit pricey, but then again I have not had nails done in awhile, many years to be more accurate! The previous place i went to was cheaper, but these guys did a little better job! Thanks, my 2 girls and I recommend!

Horrible Nail salon. There was half eaten food on the tables where utensils were sitting ( very unhygienic) . For one acrylic full set I sat an hour and 50 mins in wich I felt was entirely too long based on the quality of the set . I was over charged by 20$ when it was brought to their attention they argued and eventually admitted it was wrong , one of the girls that had gone with had her card done charged ! They had gone in the next day to ask about it and the employee was extremely rude about it and threw the cash at her over the counter . I 100% do not recommend this salon .
