Online banking is down more often than not.Update.Wrote this review 2 months ago after I had to call the bank for my balance since the app wasn’t working but the lady who answered had zero customer service skills and was downright rude to me. Been a customer for almost 6 years and haven’t had a problem until this year.Considered deleting the review today after a manager has called me twice about it to apologize for the unreliable app and rude teller. Online banking is down again this morning though.
