“The only transportation company I am willing to use. I have used them for a few years now for long distance travels. There has only been one driver, I have refused to ride with. Drivers have been early or on-time for 99% of trips. There only have been a couple of late occasions, although late, never have been late more than 15 minutes. Drivers have come to love my service dog and have even asked how shes doing when she doesnt ride with me. Anytime there has been an issue (very few), they have been quickly addressed and corrected.”
