If I could give a zero star rating I would! Came in today with my fiance to get my added to the business account as I am the Chief Financial Officer and I handle ALL OF THE MONEY for the account. I called a couple weeks ago and was told that we'd need to come in and have it done in person. So we drove 2 hours to this branch and received nothing but attitude, aggressive behavior and rudeness from the short blonde lady who happen to be running the drive thru window. We were told that we'd have to come back another day because she was more concerned with 2 employees leaving early than doing her job! She then asked a series of questions in which she told me that since my name isn't on the business just my fiance that I would NEVER have full access to the business account, just limited access. Like WTH! I am with the owner of the business and he was there is person to add me himself! This branch and that blonde lady is a joke. If she is the manager I'd advise the bank to find a new one quick cause she is a so unprofessional and will run off your customers!!

Having only 1 person run the window and everybody in the lobby over noon hour is a joke. Spent 15 minutes inside waiting for a deposit and money order on top of 4 other people inside and 5 more in the drive through I eventually had to leave without getting anything I needed done since over that noon hour I only got 30 minutes to do things I need before I need to be back to work. Like I’m guessing 75% of the people in there at that time are also probably in the same time crunch.

Went through drive thru to get money out from me "fun money" account. I wrote my name and the last four numbers to the account. First time signing my name was a little bit sloppy (these people know who I am, bcz they have seen me inside when I get my money and they have given me my money).So I asked for another withdrawal slip and filled it out. The gal was a bit stern with me " I need your driver's license, a full account number and full name". I told the lady I have five accounts and a car loan.So I went to the ATM. I pushed the wrong button and took my card out. ATM was working just fine, then reentered my card, and they turned the ATM off. I have been with them since October 1999. Never have I EVER been treated so rudely. I miss Carrie as manager there.

Had the worst experience I have ever had in a bank. The branch manager was the rudest person in customer service I ever encountered. Considering moving my mortgage loan because of her. I live 100 miles away and come up to do one simple transaction and she treated me with hostility the minute I walked in the door. Glad I don’t live here and have to deal with that in a regular basis.

I’ve been banking with UsBank for over 25+ years and the last couple months I’ve been going there to cash in change and the teller needs to see my ID and ATM card to prove I bank therePlus branch manger needs a attitude adjustmentI don’t appreciate her telling my family members how much money I have in my account it’s my business not hers

I got elected to treasurer for a student association that banked at US Bank. They put me on as LIMITED ACCESS which meant I couldn't see or access the account. THE TREASURER COULDN'T DO THE JOB BECAUSE OF THIS BANK!!!!! Also, I live 2 hours away, so it's not like I just go do it. This has to be a day-long event during school! Would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy.Update: after working with them for a month, they finally fixed it! Not fast, but everyone was very nice and willing to help.

I have been with US Bank since about 2004 or 2006. Every time I go through the drive thru on the 1st of the month a teller will start my transaction and then here comes Carrie with a bad attitude and she finishes my transaction with a glare. She knows I am having a hard time and I get overdrawn every month. They have paid my bills late that are scheduled to come out of My account. I keep telling myself that I need to change to a different bank. Then they would pay something then return it then pay the same bill again and return it for another $36. What is going on with the Kearney Nebraska location.

The customer service here is one of the worst weve ever had to deal with. everytime we go here the employees roll their eyes at us, are extremely disrespectful when we are just trying to do simple things, and super condescending… 100% recommend Trius banking though!

$1000 got stuck inside the ATM along with my debit card. Called the branch and they couldn’t do anything to help me (advised me the claim would take at a minimum of 10 days) despite the 1800 number agent advising me my money would be available early morning the next day.If you need to access your funds right away, please bank somewhere else! Unbelievable how slow and unsecured their system is!
