I have not had an issue with the store itself. I switched from Verizon to us cellular because they sounded like a good plan with the benefit of being slightly cheaper. It is the cell service I have issues with. Less than a week after switching, everyone in my area with us cellular was on SOS. Now it is happening at least twice per month for about 24 hours.The service is unreliable.

Absolute trash. Garbage service. Garbage customer service. Worst experience ever. I'd had better experiences with Morse Code. This company will take your money gladly, but when you pay off your phone and they tell you "it could take 72 hours for your phone to be unlocked". ?? wouldn't recommend US Cellular to my worst enemy.

The waiting is ridiculous. The service is ok, once you get waited on. The cell service is as good as Verizon. But the internet reception is not good

I've tried to come get a new phone everyday for the last week. Every day I come in after work around 4 and there's only ever 2 to 3 workers, the one worker greeted me but wasn't able to help me get a new phone? Now there's 7 people waiting to be helped and no one even greats the customers. I enjoy the cell service but I am sooo sick of the lack of customer service or able bodies to help.

Excellent customer service. Riley went out of his way to make sure everything was done. Stayed almost an hour after close. Everything about the entire store was flawless.

This phone service is absolutely horrible. If it wasn't for wifi calling my phone would be a over glorified mp3 player. Every single one of my calls drop. All my text messages say they send but no one receives them. This all happens with full bars. I've tried having it fixed multiple times. It's not the stores fault. It's just simply horrible service. Dont waste your money go with Verizon

coverage in our are was bad to start with and when we decided to switch to Verizon locally, we tried to get copied of our bills and got the run around from us cellular.

US Cellular has the worst service ever. We’ve been overcharged and promised help that never came. We changed to Verizon and are super happy with them.

Thank you to Andrew S. At the store in Kearny Nebraska. He assisted me with a dog tracking device, that we bought for our elderly dog that has lost his hearing. The device works off an app on your phone. The app was not connecting to my dogs device, when I called the company they referred me to my cell carrier. I feel like maybe they were just passing the buck. But this young man took time, got the app to work, showed me a couple things I could do in case it wasn’t working when I got home. So even though it wasn’t an issue with US Cellular he helped resolve it. I’ve been a customer of US Cellular since 1997 and this is why. Thanks again!!

We purchased new phones in the last week and of course with the upgrades came questions. The person who helped us with the purchase was quite knowledgeable and did not rush us thru the process, back today with questions and they were very helpful.
