“On my way from Iowa to Colorado the check engine light came on. I called the service department to pick their brain and figure out how bad the situation was. I was an hour and a half away and we decided I should stop and see what codes were showing. They looked at the codes, talked about how the truck was running and came up with, it would be safe to continue. They cleared the codes and I went on my way. I made it to Colorado and back to Iowa with no more problems. What we talked about and what they thought was happening seemed to be true. I can’t recommend this service department enough. “Just bought a used higher mileage pickup from them a few weeks ago. I bought the truck as is with no warranty. They gave me a very fair price on my trade in. A few weeks after I bought the pickup it had a major motor problem that they would have had no way of knowing about at the time of the sale. They found out about the problem and called me in there to give me a check to help with the repair costs without me even asking them to help pay for the repair. They went way above and beyond what I ever would have expected anyone to do”
