We decided to switch our two phones from T-Mobile and add another line for our business and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Michael was great and easy to work with. Got us quotes, listened to all of our concerns, answered our list of questions and never once made us feel rushed or obligated to purchase service or devices/ accessories. He got our new phones setup (iPhone -> Android) while we were able to run some errands. He was also engaging and fun to chat with! Thanks so much for all of your help, Michael!

quite literally the worst store to ever have to go into. The greeter is rude. they had three employees in the back. nobody wanted to sell me a phone case. it's ridiculous.

Went in to upgrade my tablet and phone. Spent almost $400 to get home and tablet not assigned to a line or activated nor my phone. Go to call the store as it's over 30min drive back up there. they just forward you to the 1-800 number. Guess because I refused a new line and not to deactivate my current just wanted my current one upgraded they just sell you the product and don't activate it.Also as you'll read below a generic apology. Useless as had I read the reviews this has happened continuously over several months with no change. A pointless reply from "owner".

Went to Verizon in kearney last night at 6:15. Their online hours (updated, it says, 2 weeks ago) stated they closed at 7pm. They were locked right with all lights off at 6:15om.

I usually hate going in to get a new phone unless I absolutely have to. I went in yesterday got a new phone and iPad and was done in an hour and that included my wait time. The manager was greeting everyone and greeting names on a wait list. All while helping figure out another customers issues and my sales guy was awesome! Super friendly and personal. I came back up a few hours later because I didn't know if I screwed up the transfer he helped me asap. I went in today to grab a charger and the guy that helped me today I think his name is Delquan, was so nice and great customer service! I felt like I was talking to a friend. My experience was awesome! Keep it up Kearney Verizon!!

My husband and I went in to get new phones Friday, once we were assigned someone - it was just fine. Luckily I had researched phones/upgrades the night before because she really didn't tell us anything about any of the phones or make any suggestions. I brought up a couple things and she would just answer. Then when checking out, she had two boxes of charges (which now realizing we didn't need because we could use the same chargers we had) and two boxes, that I later found out were $60 EACH screen protectors. She never explained why or that she really included those, they were just there in the pile. When on Amazon we can get a pack of 3 for $13 - which we had to end up buying because we didn't know how to put these on and one of them got dirty. And for $60, there was only one in the box. It just felt like she wanted the sale but we were not educated in anything. Not the best experience.

They could not have had less urgency with helping customers. I get you wanna do a good job and help everyone properly, but once they were done with 1 customer they would not help another one tell much later. They blatantly ignored the list of people in the order they checked in. They also just did not communicate very well on what the status of things were.

This place is HORRIBLE on telling you the truth. .For instance we added a new line and kept the same phone that was used on a different carrier. Multiple people told us that with the new Welcome package it will be $30 per line and we would get $250 gift card for keeping the same phone instead of getting a new one. Then was told that the gift card will be sent to address on file after a few billing cycles.TO COME TO FIND OUT they were WRONG. I contacted Verizon via chat and they told us we were supposed to fill out a rebate form within 30 days after adding the new line to receive the $250 gift card. NOW since it is way past 30 days we cannot get the rebate. I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and the sales department in Kearney NE just cost me money and I do not appreciate it.PLEASE talk to an experienced sales rep. and get EVERYTHING in writing along with names.***Update*** After working via chat with Verizon on their website we were able to get the credit for gift card towards the bill. It is not how we wanted to use it but at least it is something.

I can't even explain how terrible this Verizon is. I went in yesterday to ask a question about my bill after recently upgrading phones and plans. I wish I would've asked the woman's name who I was talking to but I didn't. I walked in the door and was not even greeted. I said "hi" and she said "hi how are you". I said "good how are you?" She said "good". I sat down and she didn't ask why I was there or what was going on or anything. Didn't even look at me. I said I have a couple questions. She turned to me with a disgusted look on her face. I said I recently upgraded my phone at a different location and they said I needed to send me old on back. Can I just give it back to any Verizon or do I have to send it? With complete rudeness in her voice she said "you have to send it. You can't just leave it here. " I said okay how exactly do I send it back? Thinking how to package it and send it without it breaking. She said very slowly as if I was a 4 year old idiot, "you put it in a box and drop it off at UPS." So annoyed with her attitude I said ok and proceeded with my next question. I asked why my bill was so high when I was told it wouldn't be that much. And once again VERY rudely she said "well you're just going to have to wait until after a couple months to see why." Um no, that's ridiculous. Verizon should have absolutely nothing to hide. I've never had an issue with other locations except this one. The woman was a total b** and she knew it too. I wish someone else had been there to hear how she spoke to me. I definitely would've asked to speak with her manager. Terrible customer service. Do NOT go here.

Sent off from store with unactivated phone. She told me I was all ready but my phone was not at all ready. Spent hours on phone to try and fix with the last tech guy telling me to turn off my phone for a couple hours and then drive around and look for beter service. What a joke! Went to Verizon store and asked to see the manager. Waited 30 minutes and then the same lady who disserviced me the day before tells me she's ready to help me. I said no, I'm waiting for the manager. Turns out the manager is the same guy who checked me in. He had no solution for situation and treated me with disdain. Manager could care less about his customers. They made things so much harder then it needed to be.
