There is a strong mildew smell, i came for an asthma inhaler and almost didn't make it back out! Also the cashier at around 11:45 was incredibly rude after I let her know I was in an emergency state and getting worse and please stop chatting and ring those people up. Also your card machine needs replaced or repaired

Absolutely horrible customer service. They wouldn't take a good Rx coupon in the drive through and lied and said there was a sign that said it when there wasn't. They lied and said they already put a coupon on it when they did not because the price they gave us was the normal price. The last time I had that prescription filled I asked them if there was a good Rx coupon they could apply and they lied and said there wasn't when it took me all of 2 seconds to find one myself. They lie rather than attempt to have decent customer service. They won't even call your doctor for refills anymore they make the customers do it. Worst pharmacy in town go anywhere but there if you want decent service.

Walgreens is my pharmacy. They do their best to make my visits as quick as possible. Sometimes, there are a lot of people in line, but they try to help the people as fast as possible.

Very pleasant and smiling cashier who asked if I found what I needed. A bit low on hearing aid batteries, size 13. Very good experience because of the cashier.

I made an appointment for a 2nd round rabies vaccine to be completed on 4/25/24, a week in advance and even called several days in advance to confirm they had the vaccine. They confirmed they did. On 4/25/24 I went in for my vaccine and was notified they didn’t have it. Rabies vaccines HAVE to be done 7 days apart, or else to have to re-start the series. I was told I should drive all the way to Elkhorn to receive the vaccine, as that is the closest it is available. I now have to pay for an additional vaccine, because the one I got last week has been wasted, since I have to restart the series. Rabies vaccines are extremely expense.

After numerous mistakes made with my prescriptions, I transferred them all to another pharmacy. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but their continuous mistakes were putting my health in jeopardy. I had to choose another pharmacy where I’m now getting much better service.

This staff was so friendly, professional, and helpful. They were busy and had a longer wait time, sure, but they handled it with grace and smiles. All of these bad reviews must be about a different staff, because when I went in while I was out of town to get my prescription filled and forgot my insurance card, they sat there with me, called my insurance company, and helped me figure out a solution. Austin, Caleb, Sarah, and everyone else on the pharmacy staff, I give you my upmost gratitude. Thank you for all your help.
