I made an appointment for a 2nd round rabies vaccine to be completed on 4/25/24, a week in advance and even called several days in advance to confirm they had the vaccine. They confirmed they did. On 4/25/24 I went in for my vaccine and was notified they didn’t have it. Rabies vaccines HAVE to be done 7 days apart, or else to have to re-start the series. I was told I should drive all the way to Elkhorn to receive the vaccine, as that is the closest it is available. I now have to pay for an additional vaccine, because the one I got last week has been wasted, since I have to restart the series. Rabies vaccines are extremely expense.

After numerous mistakes made with my prescriptions, I transferred them all to another pharmacy. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but their continuous mistakes were putting my health in jeopardy. I had to choose another pharmacy where I’m now getting much better service.

This staff was so friendly, professional, and helpful. They were busy and had a longer wait time, sure, but they handled it with grace and smiles. All of these bad reviews must be about a different staff, because when I went in while I was out of town to get my prescription filled and forgot my insurance card, they sat there with me, called my insurance company, and helped me figure out a solution. Austin, Caleb, Sarah, and everyone else on the pharmacy staff, I give you my upmost gratitude. Thank you for all your help.

I do not recommend getting your medicine from Walgreens Pharmacy. We are from out of town and I walked into Walgreens at 1:30 and got to the back where the pharmacy is by 1:31. I was standing in line waiting for them to finish up with another customer and was told they were closed and would not help me. They closed at 1:30. Seriously? Real nice customer service.

I set an appointment for 10:15, arrived at 10:08 and was told I may need to wait 45 minutes or longer....I asked what the point of an appointment system is if timelines can't be met and wasn't given much more than a sorry. I had to leave to go to another appointment and was told to come back in the afternoon. I came back after said appointment only to find out they were closing down the pharmacy for a lunch break. Just a bad experience from start to finish.

Terrible service. I placed an order to be picked up as I have a sick child. I waited for 10 min, called the store, was told there are only 2 people working and they would get my order ASAP 40 MIN later I am STILL waiting. They finally bring my product, but only half of my order. No communication was made knowing I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for 40 min for 1/2 of my order. Worst customer service ever!!!!!

In over 2 years of having monthly prescriptions (the same med, mind you), I have rarely gone a month without having SOME sort of issue. Today was the last straw AND the last time my family will use this pharmacy. Unprofessional, rude, \\u0026 what I can only describe as just being too lazy to answer a couple of questions. I understand these are “trying times” but that excuse is just becoming tiring \\u0026 generic when there are NO efforts being made to alleviate the issues…and when the issues pre-date COVID.

I realize you are busy, but there is NO WAY to speak to a person. I had a question that could NOT be answered using your \\\"virtual helper\\\". This is so FRUSTRATING. You SHOULD be able to speak with a PERSON. This is TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!

Had to pick up meds for strep, prescription was called in at 10 am and didn't get my FIRST item (pre packaged box) until 4:30pm, and then didn't get my SECOND item until 5:30 pm. Why not just get it done and over with in 1 shot? ESPECIALLY when your drive thru line takes 1.5 hours to get through because you can't open your 2nd lane (inside isn't much better). Pharmacy staff was extremely rude, slow, incompetent. Do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy. There should be no reason you have 10 people work back there, and it be that slow. Unimpressed and only put one star because I had to.

Pretty standard Walgreens. It is nice to see a 24-hour one in Nebraska not far off the interstate.
