I set an appointment for 10:15, arrived at 10:08 and was told I may need to wait 45 minutes or longer....I asked what the point of an appointment system is if timelines can't be met and wasn't given much more than a sorry. I had to leave to go to another appointment and was told to come back in the afternoon. I came back after said appointment only to find out they were closing down the pharmacy for a lunch break. Just a bad experience from start to finish.

Terrible service. I placed an order to be picked up as I have a sick child. I waited for 10 min, called the store, was told there are only 2 people working and they would get my order ASAP 40 MIN later I am STILL waiting. They finally bring my product, but only half of my order. No communication was made knowing I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for 40 min for 1/2 of my order. Worst customer service ever!!!!!

Each of my last three visits has lasted at least an hour waiting in line. Waited two hours for a COVID booster and then was denied once I actually got into the room despite being eligible. Reduced hours are not posted online and they will turn you away if the long line and slow service caused you to miss the closing time.

Had to pick up meds for strep, prescription was called in at 10 am and didn’t get my FIRST item (pre packaged box) until 4:30pm, and then didn’t get my SECOND item until 5:30 pm. Why not just get it done and over with in 1 shot? ESPECIALLY when your drive thru line takes 1.5 hours to get through because you can’t open your 2nd lane (inside isn’t much better). Pharmacy staff was extremely rude, slow, incompetent. Do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy. There should be no reason you have 10 people work back there, and it be that slow. Unimpressed and only put one star because I had to.

I work here. So 1 star. As a customer for printing for my portrait photography side job 4 stars. Quick and decent quality prints. Not film dark room enlarger prints sharp or quality but what do you expect it's heat film deposition printing it's fast but pretty darn good. I'd recommend getting poster sized prints 11x14 or higher if you have a decent dslr seeing as it will be sharper and you will notice more fine detail than the 4x6 to 5x7 prints. 8x10 is good. 4x6 is perfectly good for things from your phone but higher quality you would notice on a screen from let's say an entry level 24.1mp dslr will be lost partially. very fast very good. Don't recommend film development here however walgreens does not return negatives which is pretty much the whole point of film.

We just can't begin to say how helpful this particular Walgreens was for us. They just did their job, receiving scripts from doctors and dispensing them. For us, being on a long road trip, still several days away from home, and needing a certain medication it meant the world. They did their job and our life was made better. Also, their hours were a blessing because we knew we could get there from where we were that morning. Just THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! ya just never know what a customer's situation is and doing your best was very appreciated!

Slowest pharmacy in town, script has been sent over 2 hours ago and still not ready....... if you like to stare at taillights in the drive through or the back of other sick peoples heads forever walgreens is for you

In 4 years of living in this area, I haven't had 1 good experience. Or even a normal, stop in to pick up my prescription & leave type of visit. My rx was out of stock (as usual) last week, so before I stopped by to check on it today, I called. I've also been sick, so my plan was to make sure it was ready, so I wouldn't have to go inside & cough all over everyone. When I called, I was told my med was back in stock & they would get it filled for me in 10-15 mins. I gave them THREE HOURS. When I pulled into the drive through, all I did was slide on the untreated sheet of ice. The people behind me almost plowed into me as well. Then I sat there, being ignored for 5 mins. When I was finally acknowledged, I was told that it would be a few minutes so they could fill it & the pharmacist could review it. He then asked me to pull around & come inside so he could tend to the line of cars behind me. Keep in mind, I called 3 hours in advance. So I pulled around, parked, & went inside where I stood around waiting for another 10 mins. (being glared at for coughing in public: what I was trying to avoid in the first place.). When I told the new person who was "helping me" that the ice in the drive through was treacherous & I called 3 hours in advance so I wouldn't be standing around sharing germs, she just said, "Sorry, we've been busy." This is just the latest in a long line of poor customer service, meds being out of stock, & being illiterate when dealing with insurance, to name a few issues. When someone goes to a pharmacy, 9/10 times, they don't feel well & just want to get their meds & go home...not stand around in a cesspool being treated like trash wasting the pharmacy's valuable time. And don't get me started on the shoddy photo department. I refuse to have photos printed there because they do such a horrible job. I've been to some great Walgreens...this is NOT one of them. I wish I could give a negative rating.
