Not impressed with this institution. Huge bank with 2 levels and more than 30 empty offices with only about 4 employees working. No one at the receptionist desk to help you, one person at the teller line and one person to help with loans and personal banking. The loan officer couldn't even schedule an appt with us without doing it online like every other person needing to make an appt to speak to a human being. Everything is automated when you call and is very frustrating. Once we get our POA taken care of we will be moving all our funds to a local bank with customer service. Big and automated is not better!

What happened to IN PERSON customer service when you FORCE everyone to use online banking even while you're standing inside the bank!!Force me to download the wf app so i could finish a transaction MYSELF and then tell me "oh I can't help you with anything regarding answering questions on how to fill that out." I said to the bald headed banker," Can't you get on your computer and help me? " He said no, we like our customers to use our online app. Hey how about training your kearney staff on how to handle issues, talk to customers kindly (but not with the robot comments about how is your day) and solve customers needs instead of saying "I don't know" as your tellers say and banker that force you online. Also, fix equipment so folks can complete their pressing issues. Yes, you have my business because your bank is on every corner in most states, but I will make sure not to go inside to be mistreated by your staff. P.S. after almost having a breakdown and crying, i asked another banker to help helped me complete my transaction on her computer, which was complete in less than 10 mins. Give me a break...see how easy that was and would put no unwanted frustration and stress on the customers. FIX YOUR ISSUES!! P.S. their over phone customer is great.

I am trying to open a teen checking account for daughter. Received horrible customer service. The Kearney, Nebraska branch office will not answer the phone during business hours. I highly recommend a different bank.

Quite pointless to have an initial meeting where paperwork, information, needs and proposals are layed out with plans of a follow up meeting to take place and scheduled when the follow up meeting the banker has all the previous information and knows what was asked of before, but has no clue what is happening and basically spent the first hour reminding him of the initial meeting and showing him that he already has all of the requested documents needed.The previously requested documents he required are presented but he can't do anything with them because the person he's on the phone with doesn't understand what he's looking at, as they've never been involved with any of the matters at hand and everything must be fully revised and altered without reason.Thank you for being a shining beacon of how not to handle situations ???You are a great advocate for The First National Bank Of Omaha across the street and they appreciate your lacking abilities.

Never able to pick up their phone. I’ve had multiple issues banking with this particular branch. The bankers are never available, every time you call you’re greeted with “there are no available branch members to answer you’re call” and when going in they have you make an appointment for an hour later.

My personal experience with Michael Stewart was outstanding! The ATM drive-thru has deteriorated extremely over the past 2 years. Prompt service and in the past by Debbie Schweitzer was remarkable. Since her departure there has been a slow decline with the banks ability to service patrons at the drive-thru. Always a backup and long wait.

I have been with this Wells Fargo for years. I have not had a problem at all with them. Anytime I have to go visit for any reason I have always been greeted with a smile.
