I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. The service has gone down and I will no longer be a customer. First of all, 4 years ago a gal who left the day after I bought a phone, QUIT. She promised that she would be there to help if I would need it. Talked me into buy a tablet. Added to my monthly bill. Beware. Both managers, South and North are bullies and employee people that are the same. What ever happened to "the customer is always right" and "honey will bring more bees than vinegar"?

I went in to get a new phone due to my current one breaking. They seemed very nice when I went in, and seemed very helpful, but in the end, were more interested in throwing more things for me to buy than being open and honest. When looking at cost for the accessories, it was more than I wanted to spend, so I was going to put them back, but said they would try some thing and then informed me that the price was a lot less so I was happy to through with it. It turned out that the price reduction was due to them putting it on a separate billing and not telling me. So I found out after the fact that the money they took off was actually still there just in a different way. This sleazy deceitful way of doing things is disgusting. I will never head in there again, when I have been going through this location for years. Also, they were offering a bogo phone, but did not inform me that they would be adding a line for this, or letting me know. This resulted in my bill doubling when they said it would only go up by a little bit.

Do not buy anything from Cody or Nick at this store. They sell you a program you have no use for and tell you that you have to buy it to activate your warranty. There is another store on South 2nd avenue where they treat you like a customer instead of prey.

Service sucks we sat and waited on their waiting list for quite a while, while people were walking in and getting help before us.. all we needed was a quick question and the lady at the front wouldn't answer it for us but she helped someone else with a question
