We moved our belongings into the unit in September 2015 before relocating to Minnesota. Since then, we’ve only returned once to check on the unit, and everything remained exactly as we left it five years earlier. Now, as we approach the 10-year mark, we’ve experienced several changes—including price increases, staff transitions, updates to insurance policies, changes to locks and padlocks, and even weather-related concerns such as blizzards, tornadoes, and flooding.
Throughout all of these events, communication has consistently been clear, professional, and compassionate. Most recently, Ryan has been especially patient and helpful, which we truly appreciate. His support has made it easier to continue maintaining the unit—something we originally intended to use for just a few months, six at most. Yet here we are, nearing a decade in September.

I’ve been using this storage facility on and off since 2013, and it continues to exceed my expectations. The location is quiet, the units and grounds are always clean, and most importantly, I feel safe whenever I’m there. Ryan, the manager, truly goes above and beyond—he’s attentive, helpful, and has stayed after hours more than once just to assist customers. It’s rare to find that kind of dedication these days. I’ve also noticed the owners consistently making improvements to the exterior, showing their ongoing commitment to maintaining a professional and well-cared-for space. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone in need of reliable, safe, and friendly storage solutions!

I have had a storage space there for several years and have never had a problem. They are also very courteous and responsive to my requests. The area is well maintaned, when it snows the snow is removed as soon as it stops snowing.

I have leased alot of different storage units from different companies and I have never had exceptional service like all about storage ! The customer service is wonderful here ! Rebecca went way above and beyond to work with us so we didn't loose our personal items and we are so grateful for her ! ♥️

Stored our camper here for about a year before we found a permanent camping spot. Becca was very helpful and always a joy to work with. We didn’t have any problems with mice, or theft/vandalism etc. Nice tucked away spot with 24hr gate code access!

Moved up here from Kansas and needed a 10x30. This one has doors on both sides of the unit. Love the easy access to things we need to run our business and the price is reasonable.

It's meh. Prices about average, location gets minimal maintenance (especially snow), and they are known to send spam requests without having opt'd-in or giving an opt-out option..

How are you guys allowed to sell someone’s belongings after throwing them out within 30 days,is that legal? I could have sworn you had to give someone 30 days before auctioning off their belongings. Looks to me like you could be sued. How are you selling a persons belongings who hasn’t even been gone a week. With no legal eviction, just kicking someone out and selling their stuff sounds illegal to me
