“I purchased Rocket Car wash coupons through Youth For Christ. I've used 2 now. Each time I asked about why my rims, wheels/tires are so dirty after the car wash. A manager(?) tried to explain to me. Made no sense, also don't want to hear about a problem, when it's not MY issue. It needs to be fixed. I have 6 coupons. I hope it's fixed by the next time I return. I don't appreciate having to clean that much dirt off after I just went through a car wash?♀️?♀️ I had a membership here last year. I'm afraid a few things have gone down hill.”

“I have used this place many times in the past and as far as I can recall, any time I've had an issue, it's been resolved nearly immediately.I recently had an issue where one stall stopped after the first soap cycle and asked me to exit, so I had to pay for another wash.The owners returned my call and refunded me for both washes!
