Breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff was amazing. Housekeeping was not the greatest, but once we talked to the front desk, the things that didn't get done were corrected.Rooms: Two queens plus a sofa bed. We stayed in an ada room. The only problem was the couch is low and there was only one chair. With two eldery people it was difficult for them to dress.

People were accomodating and friendly. When we were placed on a non-ada room by reservation error we wete moved immediately. When we were given on correct breakfast times (in writing) they reopened and fed us. The room had quite a few cobwebs and bathroom sink mold in basin edges. ADA room but bathchair was missing arms so was not stable. I would stay there again.Hot tub out of order was sad.Food & drinks: Breakfast average except eggs were inedible.

This place was a joke. I am a diamond member and I have never had an issue at any other hotel, especially choice hotels like I did at this one. I drive a box truck for a living and you have to plug it into an outside outlet every night so it doesn’t freeze up and when I went to get a room, the guy told me that they would not allow me to do that because they were reserving energy. What a joke if you’re reserving energy why even rent any rooms out.

Room and hotel were clean, but just showing it's age at this point. Location is geeat for us being right off freeway and near numerous gas stations and restaurants of all styles. There are a lot of places to walk your dog on actual grass.Breakfast was really good (biscuits with sausage gravy) and eggs, cereals, waffles, etc. Even with the number of people and dogs checked in, 1000 hit and everyone was quiet!! We'll be back.

I was visiting family in the area. I'm a BK amputee. I booked the King Suite Accessible. It was truly Accessible. While I do wear a prosthetic leg, I take it off at night. The bathroom door was plenty wide for my wheelchair, plenty of grab rails around the toilet, a roll-in shower, a plus was the seat to put in the shower. Also, a big plus was the hand held shower head. The whole room was very easy to access in my chair. I will reserve this hotel everytime I visit my sister from now on. Oh, don't let the Continental Breakfast fool you. It is more than donuts and a waffle station. Each morning was scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle station, and the usual bagels, cereal, juice, and milk. They alternated between fried potatoes and biscuits and gravy to complement the eggs and sausage. A great start to the day. A very good experience. Thank you to the staff. This was my first time traveling after my amputation. This hotel and staff made it so easy and comfortable for me.

I understand kid friendly. But running back and forth on floor above was totally unacceptable. Began extremely early in the morning. When we returned there was running and jumping until after 10:00 pm. Very difficult sleeping. The King Suite was very nice and extremely clean. I could have used some more, much needed rest and sleep.

The girl at front desk was absolutely horrible. I got my door knocked on at 8pm because of a noise complaint of us walking excessively my little boy was not making excessive noise. I was told if she got called again they would fine me and kick us out. Got called after coming back from the pool not even been in the room 2 minutes. Turns out the people under me were in a handicap room and were early sleepers. We were forced to move into a room different than the executive suite I booked. The girl handled herself horribly and when I asked to talk to a manager she refused saying there was no manager to talk to however when she gave me new room keys she said she talked to a manager.... It is not our fault the ceilings have no insulation and make a ton of noise when we walk barefooted.

I paid 187. 00 the first night for one person and 152.00 the second night. The room appeared at first sight to be clean enough but there was a pair of reading glasses just at the edge of the bed on the floor, hair in the tub and black mold or mildew in the sink and at the corners of the bath tub on the outside. There was mildew on the shower curtain.Another guest on the second night swiped their card and opened my door.I have multiple bites after the second night on my legs, arms, armpit, back, neck and chest. These bites are quite itchy and have awaked me at 4 a.m the night after checking out.The staff was nice and I told the desk person about the uncleanliness of the room and he didn't think it important enough to tell me he was a manager but did offer to have someone clean my room. I wasn't going to be in my room and didn't want anyone in my room while I was gone. I really didn't think they would be thorough anyway since a pair of glasses were visible when I entered the room so the vacuum wasn't used at the edge or under the edge of the bed.The USB ports on the desk don't work either.

James at the front desk was so welcoming, professional and helpful. The room was great, very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, the staff working it was so on top of things and helpful. And the pool area was very well maintained. Over all we had a great stay, it was a great place to stop of the night and get rested.

Wish we could give this hotel ZERO stars. We checked out shortly after checking in. The deadbolt did not work on our room (208). We talked to the front desk employee about getting a repair person to fix it or a different room. She claimed there were absolutely no other rooms available and that the hotel has no repair person to call to make any repairs. Hmmm....A hotel without repair people, yea ok. She claims she called the manager, but honestly, I don't believe it, especially after she said the hotel doesn't have a repair person to call to fix anything.Update: How does a hotel operate without at least one repair company on call? I have never had a hotel ever tell me this, how would you fix anything that comes up? Clearly you don't fix things, and expect the customer to just take a discount, as you state. No sensible person will stay in a hotel without the deadbolt working, especially after seeing gouge marks on the hallway side of the frame at the lock. I'm still waiting for my refund to show up. The front desk person was unaware the rooms even had deadbolts she acted confused at first, then acted like it worked when it would not engage at all in the frame, then back peddled and said she's never heard of a guest ever even needing a deadbolt and why would we need it. We stayed at a hotel across the street, where their deadbolts work.
