The pharmacist was very helpful helping me find a OTC product for my husband’s rash. He has helped me in the past and is always helpful and respectful

No problems with the pharmacists. 90% of my visits, they are ridiculously understaffed. Usually only one person so there are about 20 people in line and it takes about 1-1.5 hrs to pickup. Almost impossible to get to them by phone, usually takes a good 20.min.

The pharmacy at this CVS is horrible. No one who works in that department is very friendly. Lines here can be extremely long and don't even contemplate making a phone call because you will never get through. I do appreciate the awards I accumulate. You can often find some good deals here and other employees are pleasant.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I came in last night in tons of pain because of a terrible ear infection, upper respiratory infection, and a sinus infection. I have never felt worse in my life. I am freshly 18 and have never picked up my own prescription so I can admit I was lost on how to do it. This was also the only pharmacy open that could take my prescription. I came over to the desk and a very rude blonde lady with curly hair was working. When I walked up she asked me what I needed and when I tried telling her “A prescription from Millard Urgent Care” she cut me off and told me she only needed my name and birthday. After I gave my name and birthday she said “It’s not done yet. I just got here” in a very very rude tone. I sat patiently while she got them for me and when ringing me up I also asked for mucinex-d so she asked for my id. My id just expired so I have a temporary one right now and when I gave it to her she sighed and was very upset that she had to type it in instead of scan it. When I tried to pay for it my card would not go all the way through (still have no idea why because I had well over enough to pay for it) so I tried to call my mom to have her send my money for my apple card. When I did that she SNAPPED, snatched my bag of medicine that I needed for my pain and said “well I have other stuff to do and people to help so figure it out” and stormed off. It made me cry because I had just had a terrible night and I was in an immense amount of pain so I was sobbing on the phone with my mom when she came up to me to let me know that the person behind me in line paid for me. This lady has absolutely no patience nor empathy and does not deserve a job in health care. The way I was treated was absolutely not okay and reading other reviews it seems this isn’t uncommon for her. She is an absolutely rotten person.

One pharmacist. Got there at 6 and was told it would take 20 minutes because he is busy. Hour and half later and while in line that he saw me and proceeded to help the drive through, a phone call, and a vaccine before finally coming back to me and telling me he had it done. It was packaged and ready and yet he never called for me. Very unhappy.

Love the fact it's open 24 hours. It's the only place open now that long. For night owls like me it's a god send. You can get your prescriptions filled anytime no waiting and suffering for hours waiting for a drug store to open. If you have an Aetna advantage plan you can get your Aetna allowed necessities right there with your A etna advantage debit card. It sure beats waiting by your mailbox for those needed items that you need now. The sales people are friendly and helpful. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable.Don't be afraid to ask the one working at the time of your visit questions about your medications.

Cvs stands for "Customer Vacated Service".Everytime I have a prescription refill or new order, I can guarantee multple trips back, for lack of employees, lack of communication when this will be doneand overall lack of customer service. The recurring CVS catchphrase is "Can you comeback in ten to fifteen?" Translation: "We havent even started yet. Your time is not important." I'm thinking thats in the new employee training manual. It has been this way, for years, after several management changes in my neighborhood CVS.Continual same result. Everyone is short employees. But there can not be a shortage of effort, customer communication and mostly, honesty. I have complained to corporate twice about this location. I am certain they could care less. It's been Groundhog's Day at this store since 2017.Go across the street. It's that bad.

Went into to get my latest covid vaccine booster and the whole process was not all as painful as I had imagined. I only waited a fee minutes but told them to take their time bc the pharmacy crew was VERY busy. But despite drowning in drive thru pick ups, the pharmacists was kind and informative during the actual shot, didn't rush me out the door and told me to come back whenever to get my card filled out. I only had a picture of it but they still took me in and told me to return whenever I remembered it. Overall a wonderful experience as an autistic adult.

Pharmacy is so understaffed. I have been sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes+ with nothing moving. People behind me are leaving. I would as well but from past experience I would just have to get in line again inside and wait twice as long. Have a clue CVS.

This pharmacy has had the the worst customer service that we have ever experienced. We gave grace for the first bad experience due maybe they were busy or had a long day, but it has happened the second, third and fourth time of going. Changing pharmacies due to this.

I had to visit this location on Thanksgiving Day to pick up my son's antibiotics. The pharmacists assisted me within a couple of minutes waiting. She was very friendly and answered my few questions. I walked around and grabbed a few items while waiting for the prescription. The shelves were stocked, and I found a few random stocking stuffers while isle walking. His prescription was ready to go about 10 minutes later.

Would give zero stars if I could. I pull up to the window. Give the pharmacist the cost of the prescription. Says hold on I will get it. Comes back 2 minutes later and says sorry we are closing you will have to come back in 4 hours when we reopen (this is at 9am). Then closes the window on me and walks away! Without giving me my prescription. WOW avoid this place at all cost.

They definitely need better help and more of it. The cashier kept telling everyone he was the only person on the floor, the manager was on an hour long conference call. FYI :We don't need to know that...
