Im giving this company a 1 just because they are open for buiness. Use to be a good company but those days are long gone. My mom was a good customer for 30 years. Had house and auto insurance with them. She is 95 and had a stroke and went to rehab for a couple of months. A pipe going to the dishwasher broke and flooded the kitchen. We cleaned it up as well as we could . A very rude ajuster living in another state looked at one picture and denied the claim. I had a an expert and a contrater come in to her house look at the damage and said the claim was valid. This was in december. My mom needs to come home , I cant bring her home unless its fixed. I dont have the money to do it. Insurance is bought to pay for these problems . Mom had paid her premiums on time for 30 years and this is the way they treat her. I would recommend using an insurance company which doesnt send your problems to people thousands of miles away and whos only job is to deny your claim.

I was insured under Danny & Allstate for about 5 years before I decided to look elsewhere. I started receiving service from another insurance provider on the 28th of January this year. To give myself a few lag days, because I was worried about driving without insurance, I called and cancelled my policy effective immediately on the 3rd of February. My last payment came out on the 5th of February, as expected.I just received a statement in the mail from a collections agency stating they obtained my debt from Danny’s office of $40.61. FOR WHAT?! I cancelled my policy before my payment date and was not contacted by Allstate before they sent this to a collection agency. I now have to go through the process of disputing this just to maintain my current credit report status. Awful way to treat someone who had been a customer for so long. I am extremely disappointed.

When searching for a quality insurance agent, make sure when things don't go their way, they don't run and hide. This is exactly what Danny and my agent Katie Stephenson have done when trying to cancel my policy. We sent them a cancellation letter effective November 1st, 2021 at the beginning of October. Plenty of time to have our policy cancelled. We have now been charged for November, December, and today we were charged for January. I have contacted them over the last 2.5 months numerous times from phone calls to emails and all I get from everyone there are failed promises. Yesterday when I called notifying them that my account was charged now a third time, the receptionist promised that Danny would contact me by the end of the day. With no phone call or email, I called in at 4:45pm and got a message that they had closed for the day. I am not one to leave reviews but maybe this will get their attention as they now owe me $1,483.30 for 3 months of charges and seem to be hiding from getting anything resolved. Happy New Year and hopefully Danny and Katie will do the right thing and get it resolved today!

I would highly recommend finding another Insurance company! We sent in our cancellation notice the beginning of October 2021. It is now December 31st and we have been charged for a third time for a policy that was cancelled effective November 1st. When I have made phone calls to my agent, Katie Stephenson she promised she would get it handled and get our money back to us. Yesterday, their receptionist promised I would have the issue handled by the end of the day December 30th and have Danny call me. I did not receive a call so at 4:45, I called in to talk to someone. By that time they had closed their office. They talk like they want your business but when its time to handle an issue they run and hide. After numerous attempts to try and get this resolved, this is the result they get to read. Happy New Year everyone and hopefully Danny Schiltz will be a quality business owner and do what is right and get me a check for $1,483.30 by the end of today!
