Stayed for a night while driving cross country, nice staff, good breakfast and clean rooms. Great location and reasonably priced.

The room was beautiful and spotless, unfortunately our stay was not so Beautiful. Upon our check in I asked if it was possible to look up my rewards number as we Had tried and failed. The front desk attendant was very short and rude with her answers and did not wait to hear my answers before moving ahead and booking us a more expensive room than what was online. I was not given any info on prices, accommodations or even a receipt from her. Only knew the price from looking at our card statement. We cancelled the room and wanted to book online( approx 65$ less than her price). She had issues getting the cancellation done took over 30 mins and during that time we had to stay right there. It was getting late and we were hungry, and tired. It was a holiday weekend and this was spoiling our getaway. The card was charged 2X and no word from her how or if it would be refunded. She continues to be snippy and very rude. Breakfast was good .

Convenient location, warm pool, good breakfast, quiet room. The woman at the front desk when we came in for a room later at night was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful in getting us a nice room for our family, including my young daughter's desire to be on an upper floor. The woman at the front desk the next morning was also friendly and helpful in checking for a forgotten item for us and personally ran up to our room to look. Our family of four was all very pleased with our comfortable, convenient stay.

Overall good. Room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Breakfast was typical fare and prepared all right. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The only glitches were minor:- the mobile key doesn't work and Hampton doesn't put this on the site to let people know it won't - app just scrolls "key on its way," but it's not.- connecting to internet took a couple of tries and I needed instructions from the front desk to forget the the network and then log in again (this worked after also rebooting my computer). Not a big deal, but this also is info that could be posted. It was clear I wasn't the first person who had this problem.- minor annoyance that you have to book a suite in order to have a microwave. Many less well appointed motels have microwaves in standard room; not having it felt like Hampton nickel and diming its customers.- super noisy trash truck at 6 a.m. on a Saturday.

The room was in good shape and clean, breakfast was good and the did great keeping serving line stocked even when they got slammed. Didnt try the pool but the families there for a soccer tournament seemed to enjoy it very much. Front desk staff was very personable but didn't get my wifes card back to her upon check-in. We noticed it missing later at a store, mentioned it at front desk when we returned to hotel, they didn't know where it was. Figured we set it down in the room, a couple minutes later person from front desk returned it stating it had fallen behind computer. My wife checket card transactions when we got home and found $51 bogus charge to McDonalds and $19.99 to UPS. Talked to a manager at hotel and waiting to see if bogus charges get reimbursed. He said he shared situation with GM but haven't heard directly from her. E mailed property owners last night and have not received an e mail from them as of 3:00 mountain time today. Still have not heard back from general manager of the property or her boss at management conpany, No record of hilton Honors points being restored to my account or unauthorized charges being reversed back to my wifes card. Since this is not getting taken care of the easy way I will now file a police report and look at legal action. It is now 12:36 PM mountain time on 10/13/ 23. The hotel was first notified Monday 10/9/23 of unauthorized charges. Filed a police report and officer we spoke to had a pretty good idea who did it since he had arrested an employee of the hotel for the SAME THING six weeks ago. He could not give me the name but confirmed the type of vehicle the person he arrested was driving was the same make model and color as the vehicle the person who handled our card drives. That person also told me over the phone that his GM called the McDonalds where fraudulent transaction was made inquiring about video footage at the location. After I finally reached her with my government issued phone that does not identify on caller ID, she denied calling McDonalds. On that call I informed her that an employee of hers was arrested six weeks ago for the same thing that happened to me. So the GM's response of never having this kind of problem before is a lie. I also made a police report With OPD since the bogus charges were made in their juridiction so that they can obtain video from McDonalds to forward to LaVista police for their case. We will for the record be driving back to Omaha to testify in the case. The Officer that made the previou arrest will be making the second arrest, possibly at the initial court date for the first case. That's where things stand as of 10/15 2023.Rooms: Room was clean and in good shape, property seems new. A purified water station off the lobby was a nice touch.Nearby activities: Location has a Costco, a Cabelas, various fast food options within a block and quick interstate access.Food & drinks: Breakfast crew was on top of their game, drink selections for happy hour were pretty depleted.

We stay at this Hampton Inn often as we travel to this area frequently. Historically we have had good luck with our stays with only minor hiccups. However, our most recent stay the cleanliness of our room was very poor. We checked in later in the evening and knew that there were limited rooms available. Our bathroom had hair all over the sink, shower, floor and in the folded bath towels. Additionally, there was sticky residue on the bathroom floor indicating it had not been cleaned. We left and got cleaning supplies and returned to clean up our bathroom on our own.

I found this hotel base on it’s high rating. I was very disappointed from my own experience. They gave us a room that the door doesn’t lock. There was no hand soap. We called front desk and even came to the front desk counter to ask for it, they said will bring to the room but it never happened. Then the floor in room above our room made squeaky noise and when someone walking. I don’t know why they have gotten the high rating. I am certain that i will never stay in another Hampton Hilton hotel again if i have other choices.

On our way to the west coast and needed to stop and nap for a bit. Rooms very clean. Front desk lady very friendly and accommodating. No complaints.

This hotel, amenities, workers, everything was great.I will not stay in a hotel in Omaha again though - the taxes on a hotel room were terrible: the room was $157 and the taxes were $35.19.

Great hotel stay. Located close to I80. Desk people were very friendly and accommodating with my floor request. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom very clean with all necessities provided. Only two towels though and if you need another (I need 2), available upon request. Shower had great pressure and temp. A/C worked great. They offer breakfast but we met our son elsewhere. Pet friendly with lots of grass for your pets. Great stay. Definitely would stay here again!

This place is a dump! Start with the room, paint sliding off the walls, missing paint on the curtain rod, no glass in the bathroom light, toilet loose, fire system broke, door lock out of battery and can't change till maintenance arrives on MONDAY! Bathroom counter doesn't match other room counters plus it's broken, AC doesn't work and the breakfast was nasty! Out of date eggs, juice dispenser not calibrated so just water. Stay clear of this place! Do better LaQuinta and Nebraska! Not impressed

The location is great! Rooms are spotless. The Staff should be given 10 STARS!!! The Front Office Manager, Karelle and Frances, Joe, & Madi. ALL need to be recognized as outstanding representatives not only of this Hotel, but the Hilton Brand. A definite STOP on our next trip through Omaha!

Beware of the taxes - took me by surprise. Breakfast was minimal - but the breakfast staff was kind. Night clerk just wanted to check you in and get back to his air pods... Rooms were nice - but was not 'restocked' with hand soap. A bit noisy also - close to the interstate so in the morning the trucks cranked up the noise... no hot tub... pool needed to be cleaned.Walkability: Nothing is close - you will need to drive to anything.

This was a great hotel. The staff was lovely, the rooms were clean and updated. The breakfast was good- they had blueberry waffles which the 9yo says are 5 stars. They had a self serve beer bar that you pay by the ounce. I didn't try it but I loved the idea. This place is super guest accommodating.

It was a nice enough place, the rooms were clean and the pool was good, but I daresay my issues were two-fold...first, I would be careful at that open breakfast buffet, I had real...shall we say...digestive issues, later in the day and the next, and I had not eaten or visited anywhere else. Also, we paid in advance online (charged to Hilton) when we booked, and the hotel charged me again (charged to Hampton) on checkout, and I didn't realize it until my credit card statement. Called Hilton and they said a refund is on it's way in 5 days...but still...glad I caught it.
