Garrett & Alandis installed our new gutter system Fri. and I was impressed with the proficiency of their work. They definitely knew what they were doing!! They called ahead to let me know when they would arrive & kept me informed throughout the day. They were friendly and cleaned everything up when they were done. Great job guys :)

The LeafGuard gutter system is installed and looks good. The Crew led by Kelvin included Alandis, & Marshall who did a great job. I chose Leafguard as a replacement for an earlier incarnation of similar technology which worked for 25 years until a recent storm put a branch through my roof and damaged it along with the gutters and soffit. Coordination with the roofing company and the soffit repair company was very good and the job was completed without incident. When the old gutters were removed, the only thing in them was some dust/dirt coating the bottom of the gutters. 25 years and never needed cleaning is an outstanding record. The LeafGuard system should do the same.

The estimator, Karina (sp?), was wonderful. She called before she arrived. She was kind, patient, and thorough. She never rushed us, even though she came 3 hours from home on a Saturday and had to basically explain everything twice since my husband got home after she'd taken me through the info. She didn't shy away from any of our many questions. Karina was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. (And should totally have a wedding ceremony... ;) )
The installation was done by Alandis Lowe and Gage Graham. They also gave us a call before they got here just to be polite. All day long they worked hard and stayed on task. They had to work around one area with bees and another with wasps, and didn't flinch or complain at all! In fact, Alandis even removed the wasps' nest for us. They were both very polite and respectful of us and our home, and answered every question we came up with. They worked right up until it was dark. We found a few things we wanted adjusted to our preferences, and Alandis and another team member came right back out a few days later when we were available and perfected the system, again, without any complaint and with complete professionalism!!
We chose Leafguard of Nebraska over another really great company for several reasons. First, the value. They guarantee their system for the life of the HOME (even if you sell it). They'll come take it down and put it back up if you get a new roof. They'll come adjust it if it isn't doing it's job for any reason. And - that's all included in the initial price. Second, we're not getting any younger, and live in a neighborhood with a ton of trees. The idea of never cleaning the leaves out of our very high-up gutters again is a definite high point. They replace any degraded facia and wrap all of it to keep it from degrading. Last, a trusted and dear family member got their system a few years ago and said - very lovingly - that we'd be stupid not to get it, lol.
It probably sounds like a dang advertisement by now, with me writing so much, but I really just had a lot to share... and all of this before a raindrop or leaf has even fallen (since the new system was installed).
Now, if it would only rain so we can see this sweet new system in action, we can't wait!

Karina came out to my house and walked me through the whole process. Any questions that I had that she didn’t have the answer to she knew who to call and get my answers. Working with Karina and Leafguard was a pleasant experience. Product is expensive but it seems like a really good quality product so you’re getting what you pay for.
