First of all absolutely love my aesthetician aesthetician so again Eli.But the reason I have a membership is to get massages. Since Chris left in July I have yet to schedule a massage that’s not canceled. Sick and tired of paying for something I can’t use because you can’t keep employees! I’d like to be able get the credits i haves used but it’s impossible.

Shout out to Molly!!! She is by far the best massage therapist I have ever encountered! I have never felt so relaxed as I did after the massage with Molly! Thank you Molly I plan on seeing you every month!

Loved my facial but was shorted 15-20 minutes and the manager, Henry Fernandez, did nothing. I highly recommend Kali for a facial but make sure you get the full amount of time because if you don’t, the manager is not focused on taking care of the customer.

Actual massage is good, but the business management is troublesome. Watch out! They will continue to take money out of your checking account after it is closed. Membership rules are complicated and confusing. Very frustrating and I hoping I won't have to escalate to the better business bureau.

I have now given two too many chances to this location. I had a birthday massage on Friday In which I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment. At 10 after my scheduled appointment, I addressed the THREE staff members at the front desk about my massage therapist potentially running late, in which they all turned to look at each other, but proceeded to ignore me. In a matter of about 30 seconds, my massage therapist (Michelle) came out and hurriedly took me back for my massage, with no explanation or acknowledgment as to why they were 10 minutes late. Frustrating, yes, but it gets worse. She cut me 10 minutes short so she was on time for her next appointment. This is all after my last experience in which a different massage therapist was "running 5 minutes late" according to the front desk lady, and she didn't come and get me till 20 after. No apology or acknowledgement that time either, but I thought that having a different massage therapist would be my solution... that's a negative. It's completely unacceptable for the price I paid for a massage here! I will take my business elsewhere.

They waited until 24hrs before my appt to tell me that my masseuse was on vacation and they couldn't honor my time. Offered to book me another time, mind you I've had this appt for nearly a MONTH. I had booked an entire day of treatments around this that I can't move, but I'm expected to change my schedule for their mistake? This was my birthday "treat yourself" day, guess not so much. Don't fail your customers like that.

Do not get a massage here unless you want to pay $4.00 + a minute. A 60 minute massage is only 50 minutes and a 30 minute massage is actually only 20 minutes. If life happens and you are a few minutes late, they will NOT be understanding and will dock you minutes. In addition to paying $65 for a 12-minute massage, I was also disrespected by the manager. She hung up on me when I was trying to express my disappointment in my massage. Unfortunately, I am still in pain in my neck and back as I did not receive the massage that I paid for. Do yourself a favor and get a massage somewhere else as you will be respected and get what you paid for!

Damn near impossible to cancel membership with Massage Envy!! I purchased a 6 month membership for my husband for Christmas, which he did enjoy. However, Covid-19 hit and he was unable to go. Although memberships were supposed to be on hold, I continued to be charged. After calling several times in attempts to cancel my membership (since there is NOWHERE on the site that provides cancellation instructions) the manager/owner called me back. Unfortunately, they do not provide refunds for erroneous charges although it was their fault. So, no problem, my husband receives a few extra massages than expected. I was told the membership was canceled. Now here it is 3 months later, and I am still being charged. I have called Again - of course the receptionist can do nothing to assist me. I have to wait for a call back from whoever it is Does have the authority to cancel my membership... maybe. Clearly, Massage Envy's business practice is to keep billing customers with no regard to the time they will spend giving them the run-around, or the frustration one has to go through in the meantime. That being said, my suggestion to other customers and one I will take myself, is to find another business that appreciates their customers and loyalty!
