The provider did 2 influenza tests on my daughter. The MACHINE failed both times. She told me to go to my pediatrician bc their machine was malfunctioning. I still got billed for it in addition to the visit fee. Now I am going to waste my time fighting with them. Shame on them. A test with no results bc their machine malfunctioned should not cost the patient.

Special thanks to Tiffany, she was absolutely amazing!! Extremely helpful, friendly, and professional!!I was so happy to find this MinuteClinic just minutes from my Dad’s house. Extremely easy to make his appointment online, and it was great that we were able to get an appointment so quickly!Again, big thanks to Tiffany, she did a great job and thoroughly explained everything!!

NP, Tiffany L was the best & very professional. I have worked with many medical professionals at work & private,, but I really appreciate her thorough exam & kindness in treating a minor. I recommend her to anyone & especially for minors too!

By far the most horrible example of customer service I have ever seen. I am from out of town and drove all the way here because they said they were walkins. Only to be told by the person working at the clinic. Ultimately that I will not be seen today because she’s too busy. Nobody waiting. Will never use any CVS ever again.

Go somewhere else. Had an appointment at 4:50 for something very simple that I needed for a medical class. Left at 5:45 with my name still not being called because I have kids and can't sit around for hours. There is literally no point in making me schedule a time if they are going to be no where close to that appointment time. Typical large corporation behavior just going after your money and not holding up their end of the bargain. Never will go here again waste of time and didn't even accomplish what I needed to do. Absolutely horrible.

Not covid related. Needed antibiotics for an accessed tooth. The immediate answer was no controlled substances...but thats not what I asked for? Told them the two antibiotics I can take, still spent 45 minutes declining ones suggested because allergy related. Finally prescribed what I requested at 430 to my preferred pharmacy. No prescription received at 5pm. Or 6. Or 7 and they closed with no phone support so wait til Saturday. Again they claim sent the night before, the NP was not available, but they will resend. Still waiting, getting progressively worse. Its a 10$ antibiotic, not uranium...CVS please do better in your partnerships.

Why do I get transferred to India to some person that I can’t understand and has no clue where I’m trying to call, when I dial a local number?? Why do I have to sit on hold for nearly a half hour to talk to someone in India? CVS is trash!

Endless your going for a Covid test don’t waste your your was told I had to come back to have them do a work physical when I come back they tell me there booked the whole day for Covid testing. What a joke

Worst place ever to get COVID-19 testing!!!!!Do not go here. They told me it would take 2-3 days and it has been 8 days now and they said to wait 2 more and I will have them. I have talked to many different people off the phone and they all tell me different things. One lady said they lost my results, the other said she would contact a manager and then another one said there is nothing they can do! Many people are out of jobs until test results come back but they are so selfish they could care less. Waste of time !!!!!

It should not take 5 days or longer to get results when they initially tell you 2 to 3 days when you are taking the test.

No wait and the nurse practitioner was really nice. But, most importantly my medical issue was remedied. I went in for ear wax removal (gross, I know) because I couldn't hear well at all and when I left my hearing was back to normal; what a relief! She was very gentle and explained everything. Thorough with after care instructions as well. Positive experience
