Audion is the Branch Manager, and she is an amazing business smart woman. These people do not judge, if you have a million or a dollar they treat you all the same. “I have been banking at Pinnacle for 20 + years; personal and business accounts. The employees have always been very helpful and very nice. At the start of my business there were some Visa transactions that were being posted twice; at that point it was difficult to track the debits and credits to my account, and this lead to a messed up account. I took all the information to the personal banker. Not only did she balance my account, she fixed the issue that was causing double entries! Their online services are great also, no fees for online services, no checking fees! Couldn't ask for a better bank. They KNOW the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!”

“Worst customer service I have ever gotten, anywhere! Majority of staff seems to not be particularly well trained. It takes me 10 minutes to make a simple commercial deposit, and I'm first in line. You couldn't pay me to bank at Pinnacle, but my employer uses your bank, and I have to make deposits. I would give you zero stars if I could. How DO you stay in business? It's now 2 weeks later since I made my initial one star review. Service in the commercial lane at the drive thru is much improved. The tellers are quick and responsive. I have not seen the "problem" teller which I had such difficulties with.Thank you for taking my original review to heart and making some much needed changes. I wanted you and your others customers to know this.”

“Conveinent location in central Omaha. The business lane, is not in fact, open during drive through hours so you have to go inside for any business needs. The interior is beautiful and nostalgic of a 90's bank for sure! I went in mid morning on a weekday and all tellers were available and super friendly. I needed to make a couple 'money moves' as Cardi B would say and it was a quick and easy process. The teller made polite small talk with me and I was swiftly on my way.”

“I went to the Bellevue location to pick up a cashier's check. Romelyn, the individual that assisted me, was really thorough in answering my questions and resolving my worries when I had inquiries concerning the charges on my checking account. For having direct deposit, she even offered me the benefit of having my ATM cost reimbursed. That will allow me to use any ATM nearby, which will save me a ton of time and money! The reasons why people still desire to visit banks are employees like Romelyn.”
