Started the process with a higher than normal debt to income ratio due to an auto loan my ex wife was supposed to take over (and eventually did). Just seemed out of the norm as I had almost the exact same background during my last loan application process...I'm sure there were differences but this was not expected and seemed really intrusive.The process was pretty easy otherwise. “I have been banking at Pinnacle for 20 + years; personal and business accounts. The employees have always been very helpful and very nice. At the start of my business there were some Visa transactions that were being posted twice; at that point it was difficult to track the debits and credits to my account, and this lead to a messed up account. I took all the information to the personal banker. Not only did she balance my account, she fixed the issue that was causing double entries! Their online services are great also, no fees for online services, no checking fees! Couldn't ask for a better bank. They KNOW the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!”

“Worst customer service I have ever gotten, anywhere! Majority of staff seems to not be particularly well trained. It takes me 10 minutes to make a simple commercial deposit, and I'm first in line. You couldn't pay me to bank at Pinnacle, but my employer uses your bank, and I have to make deposits. I would give you zero stars if I could. How DO you stay in business? It's now 2 weeks later since I made my initial one star review. Service in the commercial lane at the drive thru is much improved. The tellers are quick and responsive. I have not seen the "problem" teller which I had such difficulties with.Thank you for taking my original review to heart and making some much needed changes. I wanted you and your others customers to know this.”
