“I've gotten two car loans with PenFed. They offered the best rates but they do not do ACH transfer to the dealer. At least not to the one I used. So I had to go into the office, an hour drive from my home, to pick up a check to sign and give to the dealer. A bit archaic.”
“I love this bank:) The manager Stephanie is the best. She always is so sweet and willing to jump right in and help. I am so glad we started banking here and I so do appreciate all the help they are willing to just jump right in, and do, in a timely matter, for me:) I have heart issues and Stephanie knows that about me and always comes over and says hi, and checks on me, if she sees me going through the drive through. Like I said, really awesome gal and the staff there is always so friendly as well. Thanks for all the hard work you do guys and thanks for caring for me and my health. Location is great in LaVista.
