Was involved with a hit and run. Progressive paid NOTHING! I asked for a claims rep to come and see the damage. Rep laughed and said we dont do that! Car is still undriveable and still zero contact sine July!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I had progressive until in July my car was vandalized and totaled I tried to make a claim magicly I did not have the proper coverage when I said I was supposed tragically the call didn't have me asking for it then I canceled my insurance and they were supposed to refund me 500 and I told them the card on file was no longer valid they told me they'd send me a check and still refunded it back to the card and then told me to contact my bank so sorry so I've hired a lawyer and am suing them if this has happened to you contact me u am sure my lawyer would love to speak to you this company can not keep getting away with screwing the people

After being in rear end collision and trying to get the amount to pay for damages, some damages were paid for while others were not. Cosmetic issues yes, but as for mechanical issues NO. My exhaust was knocked out of adjustment causing my vehicle to become very loud. They tried saying it was from wear and tear but funny thing is that the vehicles exhaust was not this loud before the accident occurred. I am now out the money to fix my exhaust $450 to be exact. This company wants your money, but does not want to pay out to the victims of there policy holders. Absolutely horrible company to deal with?????

If I could give a 0 star rating i would....Little over a month ago now we had a massive hail storm. 2 of our vehicles and camper got hit. Vehicles werent to bad as camper was beside them so it took all the brunt of the hail. Adjuster came out and totaled out the camper. Progressive sent us a letter stating it was totaled and told us the $$$ amount wich we would be compisated withing 1 week. Fast forward a little over a month now they have texted not called and told us that there was some issues with the camper and that we wouldnt be getting what they had originally told us. They will not return my calls or emails. So we are still paying on a totaled out camper that is just sitting in our yard useless to us because it is totaled. Poor customer service, they do not want to pay out for the claims. Once this claim is resolved i will be shopping for new insurance. Strongly do not recommend doing business with progressive

Truck was stolen and totaled, if that wasn’t bad enough getting screwed by insurance the whole way was so much fun. Thanks for the $10 after you nickeled and dimed your way out of covering even half of the claim then drop coverage immediately after it was declared totaled. Make a person spend for ever tracking down receipts and submitting them to deny everything. Didn’t even replace my sons car seat. Worst insurance company when it comes to filing a claim and getting back any of the money paid in every month give them 0 stars if I could. They didn’t do anything they said they where going to thru-out the process but still demand you make the payment ? none of the numbers they gave where correct but least they made money off my truck that I use to make a living is totaled.

The website is good. However I'm not a huge fan of the company itself. My adjuster tried to claim I didn't have any coverage for over 2 months then offered a settlement on it for 1700 dollars. When I finally got my car back the total was 8900. Just be aware don't accept their photo quote.

at 88 this is my wife of 65 years. I have bad eyes and cognitivedecline and short term memory. Have never made a claim butcannot vouch for this company at this time. WHEW!

I bought a nice car and wanted full coverage. I went on Progressive site and put in my info and they gave me a price. They asked how I wanted to pay. I chose the 6 month. I was never given choices to what coverage I wanted or anything. Was done in a few minutes. Figured since my car had a salvage title they were like the General and did not offer full coverage. On March 13th, 1&1/2 months after buying my car, I was rear ended on I80. The at fault is also with Progressive. I am still not close to settling to buy a new car and it has been over 3 weeks. They will not pay for a rental for me and fight everything! I have been unable to work since my work is delivering. I cannot get another job to do till this settles because I live 5 miles from town. They keep telling me if I had comprehensive they could help me! Oh, you mean the coverage I wanted but wasn’t offered? I am really close to suing them for the duress and financial hardship this is causing! Their clients totaled my car and I am having to go through all of this plus the physical pain! I will NEVER use them again and recommend everyone stay far away from progressive! They are horrible and find any way possible to screw you over!

Wyatt was very helpful and informative. I received a great settlement. Way less of a hassle than I thought it might be. It's no fun being at fault in a collision, but dealing with the professionals at Progressive made it a whole lot easier to handle.

Their car insurance was decent as a long time customer for close to 10 years. I tried to get a homeowners quote online which was a somewhat reasonable price and customizable, but if you call them, they refuse to pull up the online quote. They start a whole new quote, then jack up all the options and tell you that you have to use their new quote and cant customize anything that you can actually customize when you go online. They were the only insurance company that ended up saying they wouldnt insure me for reasons that dont matter to every other company I called. And I called twice, the first guy said they WOULD insure me. Be wary of these clowns. You could try to get a decent quote and pay online, but I assume that if you call them aftetword they will tell you that they are going to increase everything.

Pay attention to your policies! They will adjust them without your knowledge. They took off my comprehensive and collision without me being aware and changed my car status as a personal or pleasure vehicle!! I'll be filing a lawsuit

Progressive Insurance tried to pay me $850 for a $2,400 repair bill after one of its members rear-ended me. What a Joke and to validate their value they looked at a junk yard to get damaged parts.
