Had our stuff in storage for a year, arrived the other day to find the doors don't work (had to force them open), all of the carts are gone, rooms are filled with junk that people left, and nobody to help during normal business hours. On top of that we paid on time for the year and we're 2 weeks late on a our past scheduled payment and they scheduled an auction. In all fairness that is our fault. In my opinion, find a different company.

Decided to switch to a different storage facility and it is already a huge upgrade. Going from an outside junk unit at $90/month to an inside climate controlled unit for $40/month is amazing. Bev was very kind. She walked me around the building to find the unit and the quickest way to get there. Thank you so much

There was some confusion with my unit, the manager thinking it had been vacated. It had not. When I came to verify, she was very pleasant to work with and even reduced my monthly rent!

Convenient location and easy to access. The building is very clean and well maintained with the exception of the security access doors. They've been broken for a few months now and anybody can walk in and out any time of the day. With what they charge for their service, they should get the doors fixed so that unwanted access doesn't happen. Anyone can walk in and have the run of the place with access to all the storage units since the doors don't lock.

DO NOT RENT A SPACE HERE!!! I rented a spot here and less than 10 days later they cancelled it with no explanation or reasoning. When I call, they don't answer. You get a call center that say that they can send an email to the property manager, and they might or might not get back to you (Yes that's what they told me). When I requested a refund, they also told me that they couldn't do that either because I didn't tell them I wanted to move out. When I explained that I didn't want to they said it was policy that they don't give out refunds if they don't get notice. They are cheap for a reason.

I do not recommend renting here. Initially, the staff is friendly as they try to earn your business, but once you secure the storage, things change. They raise the rent without any notice, and when you call, they claim they sent it by mail—yet, conveniently, every notification except the rent increase is available on the app. This place lacks transparency and is poorly managed.

The front door is never shut. Raise your price after a month. It's always a mess.
