“We moved our belongings into the unit in September 2015 before relocating to Minnesota. Since then, we’ve only returned once to check on the unit, and everything remained exactly as we left it five years earlier. Now, as we approach the 10-year mark, we’ve experienced several changes—including price increases, staff transitions, updates to insurance policies, changes to locks and padlocks, and even weather-related concerns such as blizzards, tornadoes, and flooding.
Throughout all of these events, communication has consistently been clear, professional, and compassionate. Most recently, Ryan has been especially patient and helpful, which we truly appreciate. His support has made it easier to continue maintaining the unit—something we originally intended to use for just a few months, six at most. Yet here we are, nearing a decade in September.”

“PODS was definitely the easiest part of selling/buying and moving across the state. Their communication and timing was excellent. We tried to get a quote from 2 Men and a Truck, but they did not call back. After 2 attempts, we decided to go with PODS. The text feature was really easy when we needed to change our pick up date. Definitely use that vs calling in. Great service!”
