“I live in Japan and I love this place! They always come through for me when I place my orders every holiday that comes up. I’ve been here for 5 1/2 years and I’m still placing orders. I give myself a month or two ahead to place orders for that upcoming holiday just in case of shipping issues. Here’s an order I received last week. Took two weeks. As you can see I’m getting ready for Easter and an upcoming spring festival. I haven’t experienced any customer service issues so far because I get everything I order so far. You will not be disappointed. Worth the price and the quality is great. Thank you Oriental Trading Company. Stay Blessed.”

“Came in here while walking around the area and ended up spending more time than I expected. The shop has a nice mix of little souvenirs, cards, and some unique gifts you don’t usually see in bigger stores. Prices were pretty reasonable too, which was a nice surprise. The person working the counter was friendly and didn’t rush anyone, just let people look around. I picked up a small gift for a friend and they wrapped it real quick for me. Place is a bit small, but that kinda adds to the charm. Overall a pleasant little shop to check out.”

“I went into this toy store last weekend looking for a birthday gift for my nephew and ended up staying way longer than I planned. They had a really nice mix of classic toys, puzzles, and newer stuff kids are asking for now. The staff was friendly without hovering, which I appreciated. One employee even helped me find an age-appropriate game in just a few minutes. Prices seemed fair compared to bigger stores. Everything was neat and easy to browse too. My nephew loved the gift, so I’d definitely come back again when I need something fun for the kids.”

“They had such a great array of products! There were a variety of nice pins, I especially liked the Ghibli studio ones and the unique ones, like one with a chain connecting two pins together. Also, all the rings were so cute that I got so much of them. Definitely coming back to visit again!”

“I came by one day because I felt like stepping into a time capsule. I found cool posters for my room and was also pleasantly surprised to find a PS5 Slim console. After years missing my PS4 I had to! I’m happy I could support local instead of getting a PS5 from Best Buy or something. Also worth mentioning they have a vinyl and big CD collection here. Music lovers can find something they’d like as well if you’re into retro toys and video games.”

“Fun visit. Very packed with things to look at and a little bit of everything for everyone. I love the Halloween stuff you can get at anytime of the year. Things were priced decent and you could find things on a budget or high priced as well. It was fun to look at all the props they had across the store as well.”

“We had my daughter’s birthday party here yesterday and it was honestly amazing. One of the ladies told me afterwards that it was our party leaders’ first time doing a party and asked for feedback from me. I told her the same thing I will put here: she was great! And if she hadn’t told me I would have never known it was her first party. She did an amazing job with all of the kids and making them feel included, explaining the next steps and taking feedback from the kids. We also had a mix-up with the party I booked (my fault, I accidentally picked the wrong package. The 30$ package when I meant to get the 40$ package) and the ladies were so professional and kind with helping me. We got it changed over quickly and the party went very smoothly! We had a ton of fun and we will be going back! 😁”
