I should have stayed with my usual Walgreens in Papillion. I waited for about 10 minutes for someone to assist me. There were about 5 people behind the counter. I was first in line, with 1 person behind me. They pretty much talked amongst themselves and avoided eye contact with me. I came in for a flu shot. I made an appt online, and also filled out my paperwork online. Someone eventually helped me. She was nice enough, and checked me in. A pharmacist or tech then "helps" me and gives me paperwork. I tell him I already filled it out online. He mumbled something incoherent. Translation: He didn't feel like pulling up my paperwork. That has never happened to me before lol. The guy couldn't even do the most basic part of his job. Ridiculous lol. Oh, when he gave me the clipboard and pen, he basically tosses them at me. He was rude & arrogant. Their whole vibe was lazy as well. I started to fill out the paperwork, but I refuse to go someplace where they made me feel the way I felt. At that point, I didn't trust them. Probably would have walked out of there with a placebo shot. I will never ever use that pharmacy again.

The worst Drive up in the state of Nebraska If your going to have 2 lanes open maybe you should have 2 people working. Been sitting in line 30 minutes (4 cars ahead of me) I'm sick and it's contagious so do they really want me to go in and pick up my meds. About ready to switch to CVS!

I am truly displeased with how badly Walgreen's has gone downhill I used to go there for everything and now I dread going there to pick up my prescriptions the workers are rude as hell. the pharmacy doesn't know what the hell they're doing they need to pull their head out of their butt. I literally was in the pharmacy drive-through and I handed them two paper prescriptions went back 15 minutes later to pick them up and they told me that they have not received my prescriptions and I said how did you not receive them when I handed it to you in the drive-through. Smfh ZERO FUCKING STARS

I returned an item for a refund and the female at the register was so happy and friendly. I walked out with a huge smile on my face. The best customer service really has a huge impact on our days. I wish I would have gotten her name, she deserves to know how great she is.

Great outcome and the manager did a good job of handling a situation where I was missing a few items.
