Security Bank in Laurel, NE was so great through our mortgage loan process. They explained everything in great detail and catered to our specific needs. The family atmosphere gives you confidence that they will always have your best interest at heart. Megan and Katie were very professional but personable at the same time. You can tell that they really care about their customers.

My experience with Security Bank in Laurel is exactly why you should use your local bank. I wanted to purchase a home and it was difficult because I am self employed and only had one year of tax returns available and everyone said I needed 2 years. I went down to Security Bank in Laurel to speak with Katie about my options. Katie told me since I have been a loyal customer my whole life, always made my payments on time, and could see my income history that she would be able to help me. She could make this happen because she knows who I am and not just a number like other banks. Katie worked extremely hard for me to get everything done before our closing date. Not only dealing with the sale of my home but the purchase of my new one. She also had the task of making both closings on the same day in 2 different states. I asked a lot of Katie and she was a rockstar because she made it happen. Couldn't of asked for a better experience. Also I found out that Security Bank can help you with insurance on the market place. I called Katie for that as well. I met with Katie and her team and they are taking care of all my health insurance needs. Before I was speaking with a agent from Florida and now I am working with people I know and are from here.
