This was the first time I’ve worked with 402ink and I have nothing but GREAT words to describe this company. We worked with Jon to design our t-shirts for a fundraiser and he was absolutely incredible. Communication was phenomenal — I never had any trouble getting a hold of him. He always let me know ahead of time if his responses would be delayed, but he alwaysss responded (be patient and give them some time, they are busy!) He truly cares about serving his customers. He is extremely detail-oriented, organized, and efficient. He possesses the utmost professionalism while simultaneously creating a comfortable space for us to come forwards with any ideas and questions. Thank you Jon and 402ink! You guys are awesome!

Absolutely recommend. Dan is awesome. I give him an idea and he makes it amazing. They have done our annual tshirt 2 years in a row and both times the shirts were perfect. If you need over 20 shirts done, I highly recommend.

I have worked with 402 ink on three projects, and everyone has been a major success. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO JON, THAT HAS MADE EVERY APPAREL ITEM POSSIBLE. I CAN NOT THANK JON AND THE 402 TEAM ENOUGH. The first project was two t-shirt designs for a tailgating committee at my school. Each year we raise money for the bus we take to every home tailgate, a tradition passed on at our school for several years. These shirts were a huge success, and we sold a record number of shirts and money for the season. The second project was football jerseys for my college. On the front of the jersey, it said the name of the college we attend. On the back, we included customizations that allowed people to put whatever name or number they would like on the back and front. These were a hit. The quality of the jersey surpassed every expectation. The jersey's design looked like it was something I could find off any major sports apparel website or my college bookstore for a reasonable price. After the first order, I got compliment after compliment about how nice they turned out. Many faculty members bought jerseys and put the number they started teaching at the college, and students put when they are going to graduate. I went to two football games this season, and it was such an amazing feeling seeing people I didn't know wear the jerseys 402 created. The first order of jerseys was so successful people who were not in on the first order - ordered in the second round, and people who purchased in the first round bought more for their family and loved ones. Every week for game days, I've seen staff and students proudly representing the jerseys on Fridays, bringing a new sense of community. For each project request I have submitted through 402 ink, they were able to create a graphic that fit the vibe and event so perfectly. I have never worked with a company that excels in communication and design so well. The process was effortless. Jon and the 402 have incredible talent, and I will always use them for all my apparel needs. They can truly bring any vision to life, and the products they create are of great quality. I have had a great experience with this company all around. I also live in a different state than this company is based and was able to have a smooth and successful order. 402 is INCREDIBLE. Jon has been my sole contact with the logistics and process of my orders. He is a great communicator and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I know it takes a village and many people behind the scenes to make projects happen so I want to extend my thank you to everyone at 402.

402ink is awesome! Plain and simple. I have worked with many "SWAG" vendors over the years of owning businesses and have not found one that communicates and delivers like 402ink. Jon was extremely helpful and thorough in helping us understand products and expected arrival times. This is difficult to accomplish coming out of COVID but Jon was spot on! We were up against a tight window between our first meeting and opening our business and Jon was able to deliver right on time. We are thrilled to have found a missing puzzle piece to our business and are very excited for our future business relationship as is pertains to all things SWAG! Thanks 402ink!

I worked with 402ink for a bit under a year as the merchandise chair for my sorority and they were a dream to work with! I worked with Jenna throughout the year and she was so willing to do anything to make the picture I had in my head become a reality. After the merch is designed, their online store function makes it so easy to collect payment right then and there and delivery is always so fast and the quality is INCREDIBLE! Highly recommend working with 402ink!!
