Well organized. Good variety of things. Staff was very helpful. Glue I wanted came In a choice of sizes, so I didn't have to buy more than I needed, no wasting money. Several brands to choose from. Very pleased to find exactly what I was looking for. Didn't have to go hunting from store to store. Saved me alot of time!! And money $$

Decent store, friendly employees. Prices are a bit high but that is normal for westlake. Almost worth paying a little more to avoid the huge box stores.

Always a great place to go if you need something quick they usually will have what you need if it’s not an every day item. If it’s a more specialized item you may have better luck at the larger stores. I go here quite often for things that I need.

Outstanding...many times over. Probably a review that is long over due. Staff here are very friendly and not hard to find when you need one of them. Almost every time I have been in this store, someone has asked me if I needed help finding something.
Recently I needed a few pieces of glass cut for some windows. I wrote down one of the numbers wrong on the large piece. I took it back and had correct size. I told them it was my fault for writing the numbers down wrong. Gent cut the new piece and I asked how much for it cause he did not write a price on this one. He said to not worry about it. Well, that is pretty darn awesome in my book. I hope they can use the piece I returned for some smaller cuts for other customers. But this is service that you rarely if ever get from larger stores. Customers do remember these things and this little store has earned a customer for life with this simple action. I also do really kind of dig the smaller neighborhood store approach that ACE Hardware does in general to the large mega store concept.

This is a great Ace Hardware! Very clean and organized! The aisles have enough space for you to walkthrough! The staff was kind and helpful! Has great items for the fall season!
